it depends on what heroes you prefer the most, for kagura we will mostly get it for free or at least for a cheap price(if you diligently do the event),
therefore there're only 2 choices left that are being either edith or xavier, so you should try both heroes and if you're into it then maybe try watching some pros plays them.

Kagura's skin costs so less. If you wanna save money, buy Kagura's skin. It's super pretty. If you like Xavier or Edith, buy theirs, but it will cost way more. Buy the one you will use the most. So that you can enjoy it more

I even tried Nana jungle since I already picked then locked mage and my other teammate also locked mage now no one else will go jungle, dang it's so hard. I tried to contest to get the turtle no one is helping plus i felt invisible to them. Then they want to get my buffs I will be greedy and use retri to get it. 🤧😒 Also I didnt use Kagura as a jungler yet lol. If I use jungle I use Karina.
Yeahh it's super hard to jungle as a mage. Except for mages like Harith or Harley.

lol I had a similar situation, but it was my team who was blaming my layla bc I was going jungler. Enemy Layla was good late game and aldous too but I jungled rlly hard and I made sure that all my precious creeps are killed before they invaded. We won in the end and I got mvp bc my teammates were trollers. 10/4/19

Hii kaira this isnt hate or anything i dont want you to see this in a wrong way but i have a tip for you using kagura. Try not to use kagura's ult on minions or jungle and try hiding in bushes to kill heros that arent support or tank easier

Plus you'd get 10 tickets if you buy weekly pass, which guarantees either Edith or Xavier skin. With only one weekly pass you're guaranteed two skins for free. You even get to keep the diamonds from your weekly pass.
I highly recommend getting these skins. They have extremely high production value, many moving animations, smooth color and rendering, and best of all, they have new voicelines and interactive voicelines (i.e. if Kagura meets Xavier in the same team, she has a line when standing near him).

Yes clouds skin is time limited. So get it first. It costs less than an Elite skin after doing all tasks😍 so i recommend you to get it for now. Then water lily you can get anytime by collecting starlight shards🌸💖
