In early like this, Level 1 to 4. For Level 1 2nd skill, Level 2 1st skill, Level 3 and 4 1st and 3rd skill. Always use 2nd skill then chase enemy with 1st skill so passive will activate then use 3rd skill when enemy is running.
I recommend you taking Fleet Footwork as your main rune and her 2nd skill first Level 1. Your goal is to just build Phage and boots asap to just kite the enemy forever. I am a camille main and i climbed all the way to diamond with her and confirm this an amazing strat.
