Antes en los anuncios de coches de los 80´s 90´s se benegloriaban de poner las cifras de peso como un hito para el coche/modelo, ahora les da igual si para mover 1700-1800kg de Arkana tienen que hacerlo con un motor de 140cv de risa... La gente valora más que tenga las luces de cruce táctil que no un coche ágil y divertido.

I'm really considering getting this car or Toyota Yaris Cross. Any opinion? (on performance/speed/comfort and whatever its out there to compare? :D) thanks Joe :)
Reliability and maybe performance go to Toyota for certain. I only researched for Toyota CHR tho so I wouldn't know more about it except that the yaros cross came in many ''best sub suv'' top 5-10 while none of them mentioned any french car for what it's worth. I'm taking this one cause I don't really like the look of Toyotas but other than this a Toyota seems to always be a good choice
@@suki4533hi broski, I ended up buying this exact same model, Renault Arkana Rs line, orange color (manufactured in 2022), and I bought the car last year in April. I've been driving it ever since :)

@@suki4533 oh yeah I did compare it, and many more 😂 yaris cross was just a little bit too expensive for my budget as well, with extra 8k on top of the arkana. Also to change the colour of arkana you either need to buy it brand new (more expensive) or find it in that red or black colour (which there weren't many), so I went with the orange because I absolutely love the sporty vibe and makes me stand out. One of my colleagues from work said it's such a shit colour but I didn't get offended because I love it 😍❤️

140hp? Looks like 60hp. My Polo 75hp accelerates faster than this. And my 1987 nissan bluebird turbo erase it like a toy.

Arkana is a strange model name for Turkey. For example, "Arkana bakmadan kaç" means "Run without looking back".
It's naming is interesting for most of southeast Europe.
In ex-yu republics it's called Conquest because Arkana is associated with a name of war criminal Željko Ražnatović Arkan.
