Hello. I read that this car, although generally good, has these 2 drawbacks : 1) the soundproofing is quite poor when driving at high speed (on freeway) 2) the steering wheel gets in the way of the dashboard, hindering an easy reading of it Is it true?
So, either you are very unlucky or you are doing something wrong with your car. I got a Peugeot 2008 year 2021 (I bought it on December 2020) and it has almost 20k kilometers and I haven't had any issue so far

Pfff, I have owned 3 cars including my current Peugeot 2008 (it's my first Peugeot) and for me, IT'S THE BEST STEERING WHEEL I HAVE DRIVEN SO FAR. Given its size, it's very comfortable in city and parking lots, and in highway is pretty fast and responsive. Yeah, maybe you need to get used to it and put it more low than in other cars, but once you have found your driving position, the steering wheel is great
The way you handle the steering wheels is dangerous. You do not operate it properly. Lots of mistakes with your hands.Take some driving lessons with a pro inside a race track. Otherwise good video.
