- We're back with the #RadicalRundown!
This week, Phil talks about how to choose a ball that will complement a ball you already have in your bag. This is more specific to beginners who may only have one ball in their bag and curious to which way to go on their next one.

Great topic this week!
Cool video talk tech bowling bowling ball radical Phil
I try to look at numbers and fill spots in the bag. The Hitter is on order and will be the only solid in my current lineup.
im aiming for a 3 ball set:
I already have the classic Zen Ball gritted with 4k. its good for my typical shot and playing center but i cannot strike from the left of the lane with it.
Im thinking about using 2 other balls for adaptability:
- The Spy for staying on my favorite shot on the right hand side of the lane when the lane has burned out too much
- Extreme Envy for playing on the left hand side of the lane or when the lane is super oily
Does this seem like a good plan?
What would yall recommend for a stroker/tweener looking for a ball stronger than the Brunswick Attitude Pearl?
I'm using a Radical Squatch Pearl symmetrical, looking to replace this ball with an updated one which ball would compliment this ball. I was thinking the radical deadly rattler, what do you guys think. Any help is appreciated
I like numbers so how much differential would be 5 boards
It's not that cut and dry, because you have to consider coverstock strength too.
@@RadicalBowling do you have a comparison chart comparing the coverstocks by themselves
So, I've lost my reaction from my benchmark ball, original sneak attack. I'm an Older Lefty that is rev-dominant because of my slow ball speed. My next step up is an outer limits and I have an issue getting this down to the pins, coming in high/splits. I've got a crypto boom undrilled and have been putting it off because I don't want it to be too close to the outer-limits but need more reaction than my sneak attack
Try just putting a fresh surface on the sneak attack. CTD pads are great and relatively inexpensive. The outer limits is great as I have one as well. Might need more oil to throw it or have to move feet right 3-5 boards and stay in the same zone.
People can spend their money how they choose however if your buying a ball that’s 3 4 or 5 boards weaker or stronger you would be better served getting bowling lessons.
