That was truly a heartbreaking story! The pain and suffering the man’s mother went through to lose her child and never see him again. It is unimaginable as to the guilt this man carries. A heartbreaking story to me, I had to cry for their pain and suffering!!
I believe there are some flaws in the story. I think the young man left for the US as a refugee during or immediately after the Vietnam War. Mom must have been left behind amidst the chaos.
I cried as well, it’s soo sad, and the way she lived and suffered, now nothing her son can do. If he can live a good life it would make her happy she did this all for him, I think that’s the kind of woman she is. ❤️ bless the both of them.
