Set bike in "Sports" mode, set my navigation, plug my phone in, sure different riding the dragon now than when I made the trip!

Thanks for your rendition of one of Americas best motorcycle roads. Your effort was clear, concise, and purposeful. I have one crossing of the trail down, now I got a new 2022 GL1800 DCT that I so look forward too! Continued safe riding my Goldwing brother.

Got lots of roads like this in the UK. Dangerous technique buddy best exampled by the sports bikes coming the other way. Keep to the road edge on lefties until your view opens up and take a wide approach into a righthand bend, again, until your view opens up or until some moron, like the sports bikes, come towards you treating the centre line as an apex. Apexes are for the race track not public roads which can have hidden hazards around the corner.

Don’t think so much. Just ride

I agree. You'll do much better not thinking about what to do. Relaxing makes the ride safer and more fun.

I have seen head on crashes and over-correction crashes riding the centerline like that. Seriously unsafe. I look to Moto Jitsu for talking through canyon carving.

Hey Bro, raise the angle of the camera. It is much better for us to see the road than the dash of your motorcycle. Thanks for the video.

Great video! Please tell me where you purchased the phone mount? I love that location because I use a Butler cup on the handle bar. Thanks

The phone mount is a custom made one.
I used a the phone vice part from a selfy stick and connected it to a GoPro base. The bottom of the GoPro base has 3M adhesive. I simply attracted the phone mount to the top of the clutch and brake fluid check boxes on my handlebars.

I hope you are still alive, you do not APEX on an open road, Apexing is for the race track. Left turns stay on the outside, right turn stay on the inside until you have open road ahead and you talk too much, concentrate on the road IMHO, stay safer, and yes, I know this was 8 mo's ago.

In the mountains like this just stick to the white line the whole time. Someone always crosses over 😅

    That's some horrible riding. Sorry.

I appreciate your opinion. Depends on what you are judging against. My thought is. 1. I had a great time riding awesome roads, 2. Got back safe to talk about the ride. No one got hurt. How about you post up a video of riding similar bike on the TOD and show all of us motorcycle enthusiasts how you ride. :-) No Ego here. I am always willing to learn from self-proclaimed experts like yourself.
