The markets may be making a lot of people jittery but as such there is no challenge in terms of flows. That also needs to be seen when we think of market direction.
The recovery was very strong in some of these names and then the interest tapered off. I think overall that is the case with BFSI space where other than PSU banks, things have been a little sluggish. So, it will take a while perhaps to have the same momentum.

Yes, flows are important. But at some point, valuation can't be ignored at least for institutional investors.
There are sectors where there is just too much optimism but not many where there is too much pessimism.
Paint and Chemical sector has been brutally dumped with negative returns for past 2 to 3 years
