Mostly used these 2: 108, 280, 90, -5, 0.45 106, 270, 100, -5, 0,30 but I also altered them a bit like increasing the distance to 300 and stiffness to like 0.55 etc Right now I'm using 109, 270, 90, -5, 0.50 so yeah I'm altering my settings quite often :D hope this helps tho
