I want to tell you about my battery draining issue which is now resolved after hard reset (factory data reset) my phone, after that i reinstalled all of my apps including Netflix but unfortunately my Netflix issue remains the same. I created a short video of my watching experience to show you how irritating it is.
After receiving a email from your team i have previously attempted the suggested solutions for my issue, but unfortunately, the problem persists. Despite following the provided instructions, I have not been able to find a resolution.

Hello this is Afzal from Pakistan, i recently got received an update from your team soon after installing the update i started facing Netflix video quality or frame rate issue that videos on Netflix are not playing smoothly, sound is fine but videos are playing like pictures, videos on UA-cam are playing normal on 1440p, i have 50 mb internet package so it is confirmed i have no internet issue, and one more thing that i have noticed my phone drop there battery timing after installing update.
