mine does the same I have come to terms with it. It's an upgrade to the insane loud fans my older one had xD The only thing that can be done is either get a super high quality chassis that isolates noise, play with headset, limit fps an/or just learn to love the performance buzz
I have the same GPU and processor and it does exactly the same sound in all games I have tested with it. Avoid this GPU if you don't want very very loud coil whining ( you can hear it even if your PC case is closed and under your desktop with a closed headphone on your head) the GPU is very powerful but very noisy too :/

can you show how did u overclock cpu and gpu and memory timings. i want that crispy 200+fps leauge max settings on 1440p

Annoying but normal for gpus, some are louder than the others tho
