Timedtocount You have to convert it to artistic text before fiting it to the line!

So after you fit to path and then want change one of the words in the copy how do you maintain the path of the arc

You should be able to simply double click back into the text. I am not sure if you need to select the text tool first or not.

I don't understand the question. If you mean can you break text off a circle, yes you can. Any object that you can set Text on can be broken off.

+Kathrina Robinson When you say flip do you mean to have it in the inside instead of the outside? Easy enough, just grab the move handle (Red one - very left one at the beginning of the text) and drag into the circle.

I don't understand. Do you want to fit text around the word DOOM or you want DOOM (as text) to fit around an image? The trick there is to create a path (object/line) that fit around your bitmap, then break them apart and remove the path once the text it in place.

Chris Shockley Corel X5. There is no such option available "fit text to path" and i dont even see that window with options you have on 2:22.

Chris Shockley Thank you. I found it. This option is available in text menu (on the top) But i realised that this programm cannot put text around simple circle, only 2 point lines. So the program is crap :)

Works for me. I click the text, then holding the shift key the circle. Text-->Fit text to path.
I was wondering if you had a demo version or if you bootlegged it as sometimes that means you don't get every aspect as someone who has a license key. I am not sure of course, but was just wondering which is why I asked. I am onto version 7 which is the new version. 5 is many years old.
