I did a 3 day dry fast. No food. No liquids. Devotion in the morning. Read the Bible before bed. By hr 73 I heard God answer my question clear as day. I want to implement a fast every 3 months. It clears the mind and I had so much peace with God
Currently doing a 7 day consecration with my church 2819. It’s starting off difficult because it’s my time of the month and i’m also easy to lose a lot of weight. I trust that God is going to be right beside me and help me through this new journey🙏🏼 I’m doing this to starve the flesh and feed my spirit. I don’t drink, smoke, have sex, nor listen to secular music and now i am fasting Daniel’s way. Amen Hallelujah! lol♥️

I have started home education my children since last term and need Gods guidance and wisdom in the direction we go with it. 2. I am newly engaged, praying into the finances to fund a Christ centred wedding (we breaking some generational curses). 3. My partner is a professional performer and has a very full year of touring, so navigating that with everything else can be challenging at times. Especially with 3 children. 4. For my partner to be able to see his daughter again after her mother has wrongly prevented him from being in her life. 5. Direction in career which fits around our desire to home educate so we may have less financial strain 6. A home to call our own so we can stop renting finally. Thank you for your ministry and your obedience to God. Praying for you guys too!

Until now, I never truly understood that there are many different reasons and objectives for fasting or that there are both natural and supernatural benefits to it. I always thought fasting was only done to remove things, but I didn't recognize that you could fast out of reverence. I'm hoping to implement more fasting and praying this year to do as you all mentioned, which is be less flesh, heal the soul and create a better intimacy with God.

How do you all suggest fasting with food while intensively working out ?
You should fast from sun up to sun down 6a-6p no food drinking a gallon of water will help you with your workout so you wont pass out make sure you still take your vitamins. Pray pray pray.

I got a lot of arthritis in my back l can be so stubborn am all in all out when l really should pour into myself but it's hard sometimes
I have been running up my water bill it helps my back pain 😞
