What are you doing all the way down here you sneaky Squirrel?
humans one of the smartest and dumbest things on earth
Craig Bartley You're a great example man! Your sentence structure is ass.
Craig Bartley
uh, sans? u talkin about frisk and chara?
Actually, humans are the smartest. End of story
AppleJooc Park No humans aren't
True very true
And what kind of teacher teaches kids that blood is blue? WTF
Ahren Smith ikr
You'd be surprised lol when I was 17 in college we had an 18yr old student who donated blood and he argued with this science teacher about the colour of blood the teacher had no argument after he pointed out that his blood is still red after several minutes of being on the machine and that said blood hasn't touched any air
Ahren Smith my 5th grade teacher
Maybe as a young kid you found it obvious then when
you bleed your blood is red but when you look at it, it in its vein its
blue
Never believed it once.

It wasn't a lie MY TEACHERS TAUGHT ME THAT BLOOD WAS BLUE UNTIL IT HITS OXYGEN
Kris Craig same
"Blood is always red, actually. Veins look blue because light has to penetrate the skin to illuminate them, blue and red light (being of different wavelengths) penetrate with different degrees of success. What makes it back to your eye is the blue light."
Source: www.livescience.com/32212-if-blood-is-red-why-are-veins-blue.html
EnglishCutie but my veins are not blue they're green
I once had blood drawn and when it came out it was infact purple and my doctor said blood is purple until it makes contact with the air and i think my doctor is smarter then this guy
Everyone knows blood is green.
Actually, your blood is a purplish maroon color. It still has oxygen on it (so not blue) but not enough to make it red. Unless your a doctor or getting blood drawn you will never see low oxygen bloods true color. Also some of your blood is already red in your body (all the arteries in your body contain high oxygen blood) so it is already red.
Jackson Kelly
I didn't even know that.
Either you're just making this up or you had some of the worst teachers in the world.
Public Schools in Washington State actually taught most of that in the early 90's and before.
Loll
Who the fuck got taught that blood in veins is blue? Literally no school ever said that.
I was taught that in 4th grade.
goodfilmful
Just saving you good time sir.
goodfilmful where were you, everyone I know learned that lmao
Michaella Fairbairn Not in america
goodfilmful im in america and they have told me this scince 2nd grade
Add to the list that there is no such thing as a 2D shape
Theoretically there is
It's not a shape it's a surface.
Shapes are not exclusively 3D lol. Take these shapes ♥♦. Would you call them surfaces? No, a surface is a face of a 3D object. Or the face of a 2D shape.
The things ON your screen are 2d
The gravitational pull on the the ISS where you showed footage from, is practically identical to the pull on the surface. The only reason "there is no gravity in" ORBIT, not space, is because you're falling faster horizontally than you're falling vertically. Therefore never experiencing acceleration. (Not exactly true. But its easier than explaining phantom forces)
You are absolutely right, Jon. What the ISS is experiencing is 'micro-gravity' due to the fact it is actually in a freefall towards earth, but due to its speed it wont ever hit the ground. The uploaders statement of 'It is a lie that there is no gravity in space' is debatable as to you first need to define 'space' .
The only people who has been in a zero gravity condition are the few that has had a trip to the moon. Everybody else has had a micro-gravity experience
Guinnessian
Indeed, but why the moon trip? Because they left the earths sphere of influence. At least the stronger part of it?
Guinnessian the moon has gravity, so no, nobody has experienced zero gravity. the moons gravitational levels are just very low. if the moon didn't have gravity, then you would just float of into space, and even then, there wouldn't be zero gravity because you'd be floating towards a gravitational pull.
Is it weird I was never told we only use 10% of our brain?
"they are formed from carbon and not coal" ..... omfg are you actually taking the piss XD
You went to one of these schools? Diamonds are essentially pure carbon formed into a crystalline structure.
Coal is PART carbon. Coal also includes many other substances, including hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, sulfur, arsenic, selenium and mercury.
Think of Carbon as Flour. You can make cake and bread from flour, but you can't make bread from cake.
WOWsoAmaze Bonn.
BigBang4821
Burn m8
What is this nonsense? Coal is made from carbon too, this guy hasnt a notion what he is talking about.
You went to one of these schools? Diamonds are essentially pure carbon formed into a crystalline structure.

WOWsoAmaze Hmmmm, what about polychristalline diamonds? They have been formed by meteorites striking coal fields, and using the coal as a source of carbon to make tiny diamonds. Also the fact you can have tinted diamonds shows they contain other trace elements, and some times they are not 100% pure carbon. Carbon is carbon? Why is graphite not worth as much as diamond, isnt it almost pure carbon too?
You can make diamonds from graphite though.
graphite, coal, and diamonds are all made from the same element...carbon
TrueBlueEG8 yeah, but diamonds aren't made from coal.
I was taught in school that the blood in your body was all blue and when you cut yourself or something your blood turns red, because your body was like stressed XD
Your blue blood turns red because once it hits oxygen it instantly turns red.
HawaiiKalai this video explains that no blood is ever blue.
yeaaa, blood is not blue
TheNephali yeah XD
blood is greyish pink while has no oxygen while contains oxygen his red
Coal is primarily, by a large extend, carbon - so yes, diamonds are made from coal, or can be. As plant matter dies, or decays, some of it can form coal, using mostly the carbon. As time goes on, more and more rocks are added to the surface from channels that allow lava to flow up. As more rocks are added to the top, more of the crust moves down to continue a circulatory cycle of the planets crust. So, as coal moves down, which it usually isnt coal at this point, its new, highly condensed form, mixes in with the mantel and the carbon gets turned into diamonds
Einstein never failed math. He was schooled in Germany where a 1 is the best grade you can get and 5 is the worst. He then moved to Sweden where a 5 is best you can and a 1 is the lowest. Therefore the "Einstein failed math"theory came to life.
actually astronauts only "experience" no gravity. this is because the shuttle is flying fast enough with enough inertia to not fall to the earth and crash. The shuttle is actually continuously falling when in orbit. But the forward inertia causes the astronauts to experience weightlessness.
I wish your videos were longer. I love watching your channel. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. Peace ✌️
lol I've never been taught any of these in school
I know, right?
Petro same
Bartek Brozio no I was told it was very little
I wondered why I failed my sats😂😂
As for number 3, astronauts float around in space because they are in a constant free fall not due to weak gravity
You can't fall without gravity.
So what? They experience the gravity of earth, that's why they are orbiting around it, just like the moon. And you can fall without gravity, if you are inside a vehicle that accelerates upwards you would fall down in it.
Ahdriam Hey, I just learned about that.
Isn't that microgravity? In a constant state of free fall?
Yes
Lies and deceit all around!!
For all of you who were wondering about the blood:
"Blood is always red, actually. Veins look blue because light has to penetrate the skin to illuminate them, blue and red light (being of different wavelengths) penetrate with different degrees of success. What makes it back to your eye is the blue light."
Source: www.livescience.com/32212-if-blood-is-red-why-are-veins-blue.html
There is gravity in space. The reason astronauts don't feel it is not because they are in space or they are so far away the gravity is much less but because they are continually falling to earth. They only stay up there because they are orbiting the planet so in effect the ground moves away at the same speed as they approach it.
Remember the guy who went up to the edge of space in a balloon? His speed over the ground was more or less zero so when he stepped off the platform he dropped straight down. Until he met any resistance to his fall from the atmosphere he was weightless like the astronauts. Its known as free fall.
Weightlessness does not mean no (or low) gravity.
Andy
I had never heard that one about the blood before. However, the taste buds thing we were told about and we got to taste things and the teacher was like, "Notice how you can you can only taste the sour on [insert place on tongue]" and the other kids were like, "Yeeeeeah". I never believed that and I never understood how the other kids thought they did either. I guess to some, suggestions are powerful.
These things weren't taught in school!
Scyshock Gamer Girl actually the coal into diamonds one was actually taught to me in third grade to some people maybe different because of course derp had to be in gifted class
i "learned" all of those things in school. As well as how we (humans) evolved from neanderthals, and Columbus discovered North America. Those are still taught in most schools.
not in your school apparently
maybe not in your
ooo
A,bee is made from tree sap and glass is made from sand right
Amber not a,bee
Jarrod Suggs Yes bud
so then technically its not glass
My life is a lie.. ;-;
wow! i used to be subbed to you when you have like 10k now you have 100k? nice job man! Idk if you remember me but I was the person who had the penguin profile pictyre
As i was little we had that 'specific locations on your tongue' thing too and i noticed that this isn't true as we all tried it out . But no one believed me and they still don't believe me today :D
What you've said at 2:20 about there being a little bit of gravity in deep space is correct, but showing footage of an astronaut floating about in a space capsule close to the Earth is misleading! On Earth, our acceleration due to gravity is 9.8 m/s^2, or "1 g". At the international space station, the acceleration due to gravity is about 0.89 g or 89% of what we experience on Earth, which is about 8.7 m/s^2. This gravity is significant, and it keeps the ISS in orbit around the earth. Without this gravity, the ISS would be travelling in a straight line off into space. The Astronauts are experiencing 'freefall' not 'zero gravity'. In other words, they are still being accelerated by gravity towards the earth, but the craft around them is falling at exactly the same rate, so there is no relative motion between the astronaut and the spacecraft.
The gravity being weaker in space is not the reason for the "zero gravity" myth... it's because both the astronaut and the spacecraft are in a state of continuous free fall, and so, they are just being affected at about the same rate.
I got taught none of these in school
The school you went to should be shut down. Non of my teachers said any of that stuff
Hey you miss one!
For little kids though, when kids say we do baby's come from, the teachers say from your mothers belle or from space or something like that.
Then you realise later where the ingredients go in, the baby comes out.
my school didnt teach any of these
I Will Bury You Because you are still a little kid.
blood is darker in veins the closer they get to the heart, or in low oxygen patients. Also, glass will sag, depending on the quality of the glass.
During respiration, oxygen is exchanged for co2 in the blood cells. veins travel toward the heart, meaning they have no oxygen. arteries are the ones filled with oxygen rich blood.
The whole "blood is blue in your veins" I never believed once.
Coal has the highest pure carbon content from any natural object besides co2 and carbon itself. Therefore diamonds can be made from coal but mostly from oil which is made of coal as well.
One that you missed is that rosa parks didn't have the idea to stand up, a pregnant woman did but couldn't do it because she went into labor and asked rosa to do it for her and she never got the credit and she had done it once or twice before rosa just took all the credit
So I mean Rosa Parks didn't have the idea for that uprising
Okay friendly med student here. In school, we were taught (like most) that blood in your veins is blue. Now we've (correctly) learned that blood in your veins is a dark purplish red - because it is deoxygenated. The blood in your arteries is a bright red - because it is oxygenated. Hope this is helpful :)
Wow....BTW, Einstein did fail some of his earlier classes and he even was labeled as crazy.
When something is between a solid and a liquid, guess what it changes over time - I know this for a fact and even done experiments on it....
Einstein did actually fail his exam to get into university (The Poly) but it was because he did it a year early so they gave him a second chance and he got in.
The reason the astronauts seems to be floating is because they and the craft is constantly falling towards the earth, not because there is little or no gravity there. If there was no gravity there the moon would just take off.
no offence but if you get taught this then what school do you go to
School ? cordon bleu of course.
Deoxygenated blood is darker than oxygenated blood. Oxygenated blood is a lighter red colour. But deoxygenated blood is definitely not blue
... #3 should have definitely been taught in every single school, that's BASIC basic physics.
So, reading the comments I'm guessing that only Americans were being taught this BS?? Surprise, suprise......
SuperFunnyGuy you could have just left out the "greater extent" bit, there was really no need to comment something that you don't really know about
zzSleepyKOzz Surprise*
zzSleepyKOzz no we don't listen
This is true also. I slept so much through high school that most of what I thought I was being taught was a dream probably!!
do you not hear the English accent? apparently he was taught this and he's not American so....
its not that we use only 10% of the brain but that we use only 10% of the capacity of it. there's a fine line as some would argue but its actually not a fine line.
nice, I'm 61 and i do remember that school BS and it was there way or your a fail. Not that this is a way to measure success but retired at 58.
jim S well glad u learned something
What.the.fuck. Are kids really being taught that human blood is blue?
blood appeares to be blue because the light traveling from the blood changes on the journey to the eye
and ur pencil has gravity too..
..........mind blown
venous blood is darker than arterial blood it can often have a purple tint. Some people's venous blood is super dark some is lighter. arterial blood it bright red.
deoxygenated blood is dark red & oxygenated blood is bright red; however, once deoxygenated blood is exposed to air, it will turn to bright red. so yeah, there is a difference in color
the thing with Einstein is he actually had the grade "5" in maths. Tha's would be an F. But he went to school in switzeland and the grade system there is a little different sooo a "5" is acually an "A" there.
Diamond is an crystalline allotrope of carbon. It is carbon.
TBH idek if blood is blue or nah xD mah kid teachers said "The blood In Your Body Is BLUE But,When The Oxygen Hits It It Turns RED"
For the gravity one, yeah we knew that.
Found out the last one when I had a deep cut on my veins hurt 😭 for weeks I was bleeding so much and it was red but don't judge me I was young
Never heard any of this in school
Coal is almost pure carbon, therefore intense pressure on large quantities of coal for a very long time would indeed create diamonds.
I don't really want onebecause they can be really expensive
Your explanation of no gravity is quite bad. It is very easy to assume from what you say that this is why people at the space station float. While 90% of earths gravity is present at the height of the space station, you'd feel very little difference. If they could hit the brakes they'd fall down to earth just like anything.
Exactly. Think about how the Earth's gravity affects the moon which is much more massive and much further away.
Exactly! They don't "feel" the gravity because they are essentially freefalling because of the speed of the iss. This guy made it sound like its because there's less gravity.... which is the exact thing he was trying to disprove lol
That diamond one has made me give up on life
Okay, but like if anyone actually believed the "blue blood" thing like wtf. I didn't even buy that when my friends tried to convince me back in like 3rd grade.
I don't know how I came here but I'm subbing
who remembers the old lie, when you look at your wrist and you have coloured veins, that would be what gender of baby you have in the future haha (blue=boy, purple=girl, both colours=twins,) haha i know i remember
A lot of this is misinformation, most of which hasn't been relevant in years, I must admit i learned a lot in high school and pretty much every one of theses things was taught to me in school almost 10 years ago
I was taught the last one right, but seriously some people acually think that
wow i remeber this song.that song is very old
The first one is not quite true. While, yes, we dont use 10% of our brain, we do only use about 10% of the capacity of the brain.
tell number r 7to my science teacher. he says our class uses 0 percent of our brains because we're stupid.
the blood in your vans IS read.......... really??
I loved your video
This isn't the first time I come across this 'blue blood' belief whilst online, But I have never met anyone in person who was ever taught that nonsense. So I came to the conclusion that this is provably just a big hoax.
Anyway, If you were ever really taught that, the first thing you need to do now is sue the institution that did. And if you ever believed such stupidity, you should sue yourself (and if you're too afraid of suing yourself, I'll sue you!).
that one about gravity is just common sense wtf
I saying that blood is blue because the veins are blue is like saying that your bottle is green then your water is green too
I was never told that it was blue but red
"One more video, then bed.."
Wait r we going to believe the people who went to school to teach us this or something we saw on UA-cam
If deoxidized blood is not blue, then why do people turn blue when they stop breathing?
my whole life was a lie!!!!!
Also there isn't gravity in space because it is the spinature of the planet that holds us down
Good video
just another speeding ticket sir that was yummier jugged guilty
These things actually are taught in schools. At Least in American schools. We may be more educated and advanced than other countries, but there are still silly notions that are told here.
Are you kidding me, some teachers actually believe that the blood in youe arm is blue
ive been told blood is clear, its the red blood cells that make it appear red
If there wasn't gravity in space space wouldn't be there
I was told: number 6, number 4, number 2 and number 1.
Time to roast my teacher lol
Jk
I am happy. I dropped my books.
Who is so dump and thought these things? And they don't teach this in school lol
I think about ten percent brain myth they Kent we only use ten percent of the brains capacity
at the end when it shows the reccomended videos and there was that ear, i almost threw up... i was eating, WAS
i already knew you dont just use 10 percent of your brain
tbh I actually knew all of this xD My 8th grade teachers taught me well :) xD
Lmao
diamonds are made from carbon being compressed. not cole being compressed or igneous material.
I don't usually correct people but it's 'coal' ffs.
***** I didn't even realize while typing that LOL! I actually do know how to spell coal :P
