In case you are asking yourself whether its been rigged: nope. Just server issues.
They were not afk, but they didn't connect in the first place (indicated by the single digit EXP values and the fact the IS-7 got destroyed in the end). Also beeing afk for rigging purpose would be absolutly stupid, you would want to activly feed your rigging target, not hope that he is the last survivor to farm you in the end....
