I had this issue at the beggining of the year. Couldnt use my gmail account as well other google apps. Waited for about 5 days and the account was unlocked without my intervention. Keep your patience and it can only get self fixed

Actually google did a partial fix, i noticed today. You can add phone number and recover password, but number verification still doesen't work.

hi guys if this video doesn't work, wait for 24 hours then try to enter your number. DO NOT try to log in during those 24 hours, wait it out. if possible, use another number when you retry. it worked for me 🙂
