I’ve been cheated on twice and ye they are never sorry lmao😂 my best friend cheated on his girlfriend and tried to convince me that I wasn’t a good friend for not being on his side. Blocked and lost a best friend of over 20 years
he's also not going to change his ways just because he got caught. and (not) suprisingly, girls will still fall for it even knowing his history. funny right?
These are voluntary groups that come together and not workplaces. So if someone like Lionel is harassing a fellow raider it's not like they can go to HR or make any complaints without risking being kicked for "creating drama" even though the shitty person is the one starting drama in the first place. Raiders love to pretend they are being "professional", but being professional also means not tolerating people who bring a toxic environment to your "work place". There are absolutely corporations out there who still tolerate this, but eventually it is found out and they have trouble keeping employees who just don't like this shit regardless of gender.
@@crodo123If that was the case games wouldn't have punishments for acting toxic. Doesn't really matter that it's just a game. Woman shouldn't have to deal with it anywhere lol
@@marslara That is true, but games have those punishments mostly to appeal to the majority. Do you think the people running the games really care about those things? They might, they might not. But, they have to appear like they care out for decency. Now, I'm of the mindset if you're being harassed, this going for men and women, this doesn't just happen to women, so let's not sugarcoat this. Especially, in an environment that you can mostly control; raiding with people in an online video game. if you feel uncomfortable, you voice it, if nothing happens you leave. It's as simple as that, to sit there and take abuse, especially if you know about it, seems to defeat the point. You will have no real life repercussions from leaving these assholes. You can still feed your family, you can still get a job and pay rent. You might've known some really great people in that discord, and you can still try to be their friend. But, this isn't a work environment; you have all the control to do what you want within this space. Is Sfia a piece of shit? For sure. This kind of environment gets pretty toxic, because the people view it competitively. Obviously, the only thing you should care about in a race is skill, nothing else matters. This is online as well, so there aren't huge biological differences between the sexes that would prevent someone from lets say winning the 100m sprint at the Olympics. To surmise, he cooked himself with tweeting this, if he did all those shitting things, all he had to do was just stfu about it move on. If he never prompted it, and lets say this sort of thing happened later without him being the catalyst of it. He could've just said something along the lines of "Yeah, I did those things, but I haven't done those things in a while, and I'm trying to improve as a person. I'm sorry for all those who I hurt." People would be a lot more empathetic, and he wouldn't be in the situation he is now. People really need to learn how to think, critically think, and be somewhat tactful when it comes to sensitive situations like this. Especially, if you are related to the shitty things you are about to talk about.
Sadly this game attracts alot of lonely people, I don't know what it is, but it feels like this game is a dating sim. I don't talk to anyone or get involved with people anymore, the moment I say I'm a girl and see the 'simp mode on' is really kinda gross. Some are really creepy too, I hate it. I know not everyone is like that but I'm at a point where I don't want to take chances anymore...
People who only socialize online and don’t hang out in real life tbh. HC raiding scenes are really the bottom of the barrel in terms of people’s social awareness and morals in my experience.
This game is mostly strange people , i really dislike that SIMP stuff too thats why as a Raid leader i treat everyone as the same boy or girl because people dont understand the statics are for PLAY THE GAME AND DO THE CONTENT PERIOD , not flirting or weird stuff.
It’s a bit more than that though. A lot of people playing this games don’t really go out to meet new people. And the people that they do meet might not exactly click with them. You enjoy playing video games, XIV in particular and here is a girl that also seems to like it. Going full simp mode is cringe, I agree, but I can understand why they would try to get closer to the opposite sex. However that is completely different than what Sfia was doing by habitually cheating on ppl.
this only reminded me to never spend more then 1 hour a day on social media if even that. Never be perpetually online. It's not good for your mental health nor your physical health. Seek the grass instead.
Literally had this happen to me and another friend. A dude started flirting with us, when he saw that he wasn't getting nowhere he started telling us things like "Good luck finding someone to tank for you", got all his friends to treat us like we were "drama queens". What he didn't tell anyone is that he cried when we told him we were not interested, asked us for another chance and had this creepy need to "have us in call while he slept". He left unscathed, and from what i hear he still does the same to other female players
Had a Balmung FC officer who spent practically the whole night trying to get me to ERP with her, saying stuff like how she wants me to degrade her. I eventually got fed up and said "look, I'm not interested in ERP, please respect my boundaries." She proceeded to become passive aggressive towards me and eventually booted me from the Discord

As a friend of one of the women involved, I'm happy she came forward. I won't speak for her, but I do want to reiterate that this situation really destroyed her love of the game. She was always pushing hard content years ago and this just sapped the joy she found in it.
As a woman that likes end game raiding, but I also DON'T like sitting at a computer for 16-18 hours a day to do world prog. Get 4 to 6 montsh per tier. Got plenty of time to clear lol
Not only that, but all these people that are world first racers with full time jobs use their PTO for a week for a CHANCE to be first. Good for them, but I'd rather go on a true vacation
When a world first/day one/week one raider can do it on a console with 0 technology/mods/cheats, that is when and ONLY then, they can talk down to me as a console player. I have week one clears as a console player, and my group is ONLY console. Better yet, I'm colourblind. Any pussy pc raider that uses mods to do clears, you're garbage tier. "Oh raid is too hard without these specific mods, waaaah I need bottle, feed me I'm a little baby" meanwhile console players have been doing EVERY RAID, here I'll type it again, EVERY RAID, without them. You're bad at every game if you NEED mods of any kind to play a game.
It makes me so mad to see that creature Bizu virtue signal in the replies. Every time I see her name it twists my stomach. Back in storm blood I was 16 years old and she sexually harassed me frequently. Oversharing her and her s/o's sexual history, how she "discovered" her sexuality, calling me a twink, trying to share the original nude mod and screen sharing it to us with no regard for anyone else and their consent. Some of the most vile messages I've ever received. I've wondered if I should go dig it all up and do something with them but I don't want that spotlight and don't know how I'd handle that honestly. It's a frustrating thing seeing her around all the time saying moral highroady shit but I experienced something else completely.
As a woman, I've been stalked, harassed, made to feel like I'm less skilled in a few games. I mostly solo played or just didn't really talk in DF stuff, and joined a FC full of people I knew from FFXI as I knew they were decent people. I started raiding in ShB, and was lucky to find a group that didn't treat me less just because I am a woman. I don't clear week 1 or join HC groups as I have heard that quite a bit of it is a boys club. Further, I have obligations that make a HC schedule hard to commit to. That said, your sex/race/disabilities DO NOT determine if you are better than anyone, and this bull just needs to stop. Glad to see he is getting called out, as anyone that does that sort of shit does need to be called out. I read his 'apology' and it seems weak at best.
honestly, i've not seen this at all. i've been in plenty of statics (mainly midcore statics) where it's been a mix match of men and women, we never treated one as a "lesser" hell, I raided ultimates with 3 women and I treat them as I would anyone else, I shit talk, I will tell them like I would anyone else if they're fucking up on repeat. We have fun generally, we meme we all shit talk. not saying there aren't stupidly shit people in this game, that's literally everywhere, there are people who literally go "guuuuuurl" like they never talked to a woman before, that's not exclusive to FF14, that's across every game community, if you're not mentally fit for that kinda shit, then don't talk through a mic, just type, nobody is going like "damn, you talk like a girl!"
@@DarkDyllon FFXIV isn't too horrible tbh. EVE Online was HORRIBLE for it though. PSU I was stalked even AFTER my ex husband told the dude to leave me alone. FFXI i was pretty much regulated to healer only for the most part, granted i did manage to learn other jobs for the egls I was in at the time and was eventually able to tank until that EGLS disbanded. For FFXIV, I lead a savage static and had a couple people just have problems with a woman being in charge, but fortunately it's been rather rare, so that's why I've stuck with 14 for so long. But I've heard quite a few times in other games that women can't game well or there was even one dude that told me I needed to be barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen.

This is why i recommend that female players should only be willing to participate in voice call with a group they are comfortable with and never in any PF parties, you never know what nutjobs youll run into who will lose their shit over hearing a feminine voice. I've seen so many examples of it i feel nauseated by some of the things i heard.
Same. I think a lot of us are the same. Just don't let them know, it only invites trouble. Only really close friends you can trust. I remember when I was like 15 and didn't know that yet, back in WoW. Those were dark days.
14:22 You are right in thinking that skill should come first! However, human minds dont usually reason that simply. We have implicit biases that are mostly taught societally, through our families, friend groups or any social setting. These implicit biases can become explicit disdain like in the case of Radiance or they can enter your subconscious and lead you to deciding that e.g. a capable woman is not fit for your group and you take a man over her that has less skill, even though, in your conscious mind, you decided based on skill. Now, measuring skill is not an easy thing to do and everyone looks for different things (you yourself said you dont look at parses anymore and rather look for progging ability, others may only look at parses, but even with those hard numbers, biases can sneak in). However, being aware of those biases and accounting for them in a way that makes your decision truly skill-based is what many people argue for when they look for more inclusive raiding scenes. Of course, the first step is to get rid of raging misogynists (and even that was not done for years), but I wouldn't say this is a step by step thing, you can think and do multiple things big and small to make raiding more inclusive.
Not saying that your decisions specifically are skewed by your biases, I would have to do a statistical study to do that. I was just commenting on the sentiment expressed after the timestamp.
When you are looking for the LITERAL best team to clear content with, race, gender, everything takes a massive fucking backseat. None of it matters. None of it SHOULD matter. Period. If you truly believe in gender equality or racial equality then merit should be all that matters and if minorities truly can shine in gaming they will eventually end up in the world firsts. No one should be picking anyone simply because of race or gender. No one should be striving for a diverse team. Whether or not your team is diverse should be completely irrelevant, if it happens, cool I guess, but TRYING to make it happen is cringe.
yeah, read that part of the tweet Sfi reacted to and I was like "what does it matter if you're gay, lesbian, man, woman whatever you want, the only thing that matters are you skills"
@@DarkDyllonyou're right, it shouldn't matter. but multiple women that tried bc of their skill had to leave because a well known member was being a creep and everyone stayed friends w em. im sure there are plenty of ppl skilled for WF that fall into the diverse wishes of the original tweet, but if women are being creeped on in there, then why tf would other ppl that could get creeped on as well join. most people that dont fit the established crowd will go 'no, it's not worth the hassle' and refrain from reaching out despite having the skill and dedication to try WF.
@@TechneMakre So why aren't they making their own groups? If there are enough people that have the skill and dedication, with the common experience of being creeped on, why aren't they getting together and actually competing?
There are some men that use high-end, time consuming content in social games as a compensation mechanic for low self-esteem and inability to create and sustain relationships. MMOs are designed to be zero-sum and thus with enough effort you'll succeed, unlike in the real world where you can try your hardest but the world still isn't going to give you a fair shot. So you have men that are very competitive in this one small aspect in their lives that give them a virtual sense of accomplishment that they can't get anywhere else, which potentially feeds into itself as a cycle of failure when they abandon efforts in real life that could improve their situation. So these people who experienced negativity in the real world, partly due to their own social inability, tend to also don't know how to deal with women, and usually take one of two extreme responses: 1. being sexist to women, because the presence of one disrupts their flimsy narrative of elite gamer who doesn't need women, when they actually long for companionship but fail to find one due to glaring personality issues; 2. being creepy with women, because they lack the social graces or are overly sensitive, but with the shield of anonymity and the nature of parasocial online relationships, they can act out on socially unacceptable behaviour with minimal risk of being called out, because of the isolation and delay online. It's not a 100% with men of course, you'll have well-adjusted individuals with healthy social lives as well, but competitive content will always draw in more toxic people, especially when recruitment doesn't filter based on personality. The only thing you can do is be prepared to cut your losses, don't give in to the sunk cost fallacy or thinking that the drama is worth it if you make progress in the game. The pros are not worth the cons, you'll be suffering mentally far longer than whatever achievement you got, and have the memory tainted by unhinged people.
i used to attend a performing arts high school. the ratio was 3 to 1 girls to boys. Was that because women are just "better" at the performing arts than men, or is it a cultural socialization? Its the same for esports. More women would attract more women and the talent pool would rise from there. It may seem dumb to people who think joining a male dominated space is nbd, but yes, seeing other women in the esport space does influence whether others are willing to take the plunge.
Ok but world first competitions are 100% an objective based competition. You can clearly tell which team is better at a meta level without referencing ambiguous socio-cultural factors
@@bc9554 well yeah, i'm just explaining why there's more men than women in esports. its not because men are better its because they have a much much much larger talent pool they're fishing from.
Performing arts doesn't have any objective goals. Math is full of men. Computer Science is full of men. Physics is a snake parade even with all the encouragement for women. A video game is inherently an objective based undertaking which men excel at because men had to get out and fight things and get food and be efficient in doing so. Or die. There are many things women excel at and no one complains there but as soon as men have something it's an unwelcoming boys club where the only reason women don't succeed is because they are oppressed. I'm not saying that it doesn't happen but saying that women need other women to succeed in video games is a huge disservice to women who actually put in the work and have the talent to make gender a non issue.
I think anyone that raided on any capacity beyond casual statics has stories about toxic raiders. (Hell, I'll bet I'm someone's toxic story somewhere out there) Those interactions are what made me appreciate my final static (Banana) so much and I did regret having to step down when I did. (Covid wrecked my work schedule, couldn't make raid times anymore) The lack of drama was a breath of fresh air and I can honestly say the chill atmosphere prompted me to play better.
That's just me, but I never had a problem with women when it comes to raiding, not in FF and not in other games. At least not any more than the normal disagreements you'd have in any other raid group. One of my most successful statics (older content on minimum item level, progging savage raids as they released, etc) was led by a woman and nobody acted any different than if it had been a guy. We weren't trying to set any records, but who cares? All in all, we did well enough.
@@SpaceElvisInc highly competitive places are more likely to be toxic, who would've thought. not saying it's right, but you can't ever get rid of this type of idiotic behavior in these types of situations simply because it's not possible, but nowadays you can easily expose someone to the entire internet and basically ruin their entire online presence.
@@DarkDyllon it's not relay that highly competitive places are more toxic, it's that when you get to the top of performance in any field/skill. Meritocracy and pure competitive drive WILL be the end all marker. And one of the most common occurrence of competitiveness in humans, is banter, which will go from the tamest jab ever, to the filthiest muck you ever heard. All in the name of the competition. That is just human nature. Be it male or female banter, it all has a top and bottom end of filth to stifle and harden the competition
Ive been "rejected" due to voice or I guess perception of what race I am in this game. I dont want to get into specifics but I am happy to be in a group now where I am respected and cared for. Theres a lot of bad apples in FFXIV.
I try not to interact with twitter users since it tends to be a gathering hole for those who lack reading comprehension and critical thinking skills but there was a comment saying Xeno was in the wrong for not wanting to name victims when said victims wanted to keep things private to begin with and I was like, this can't be someone's real opinion.
I think everyone jumping on sfia miss the overall point of how this issue is systemic and radiance was very much a huge part of that. the WF community harbor so much vitriol towards women and other marginalized people its insane
fuck off with that drivel. When it comes to the apex of performance in ANY game, things like that are left by the wayside, for pure efficiency. Pure statistic shows why there are fewer women or "marginalized people" at the peak of performance. There is not enough sample size of talent to pick from. If you realy want a WF group to be women only, or "marginalized", then create the group yourself, and prove yourself better than the current top players instead of whining
This is why it made me do a double take when he said he'd be happy to accept more applications from women. Like. My dude. You're the one that's driving them away, you piece of crap!
A little besides the point, but glad I'm not the only one who's had bad dating experiences with chronic ffxiv raiders. Won't ever raid another savage tier in ffxiv, or even an equivalent in any other game after that. Some experiences with people are so bad it just ruins the fun

It's crazy how FF14 is considered to have this incredible community, and is way more inclusive than WoW. The communities are definitely different, but one really isn't any better than the other. The only difference is that WoW is full of toxic negativity, trolls, loudmouth douchebags, and tryhards. FF14 is full of toxic positivity, gooners and deviants, twofaced douchebags, and tryhards. In WoW, you're more likely to have an altercation, but at the same time, if you criticize someone for playing wrong in a pug, you won't get reported and possibly punished like in FF14. Also it seems like in WoW, most of the sexual misconduct seems to occur in the company, where in FF14 most of it seems to be in the community. I miss MMO communities from 15 years ago lol...
XIV players are just too soft. They can not handle a day without drama. Let alone 5 minutes, this game is far from having the best community as they haven't experienced what MMO communities were like 15-20 years ago. Hell, I still say FFXI had the best community in its prime
Shitty people are everywhere, but for the most part as a regular normie, its one of the less toxic communities ive experienced. When you avoid the weird shit its much less insane
I've seen all kinds of weird shit with every online community, because the root core similarity is that they are ONLINE communities - which means they attract more introverted people, and by that virtue, more socially inept people that don't know how to act in a healthy manner. This isn't a game, or community, or "back in mah day it was better" issue. This is a human issue - and your perception of it is shaped by the fact that WoW content creators just rant about their garbage game more while FF content creators rant more about the dramas in their raid groups. That's it. I'm tired of these lionizing/vilifying communities takes. You are not suddenly different when you play a different game. The people playing the game do not reflect on you, neither as a vice nor as a virtue. They are just people with all the dumb shit people do, that's it, period. If you think WoW doesn't have absolute degen weirdos in it, I don't know what to tell you. I've seen a LOT in 15 years of playing that game, but it never crossed my mind to just scratch it up to the game itself when it's always, ALWAYS clear it's just weirdos being weird and it just happens that their meltdown involves this game or other or your local Walmart or Waffle House.
The most frustrating and annoying parts of this whole debacle, and all the ones before it, and all the ones in the future, are the losers who simply want to use events like assault and abuse as a weapon against other people. And I include people like Katie Ward in that sentiment. Blindly, even maliciously mischaracterizing the words that people type out as an excuse to be angry online to advance their own interests. It's not about shining a light on these things, it's not about protecting past, current, and future victims. It's about being mad and wanting other people to be mad. It's the same shit as Pyro leading his crusade against Zepla when she was playing that Harry Potter game. You don't give a fuck about the victims, you do nothing to help them or protect them, nothing to advocate for them, no charities or gofundmes, no resources to help people being abused, but you sure as FUCK are chomping at the bit to be angry on their behalf online and making sure that everyone sees it. The reality is you don't actually care, but making ridiculous tweets and comments tells your brain that you are a crusader for the victims. For the record I am a 40 year old white, straight man, I've been molested and abused on more than one occasion, and I'm currently the victim of an abusive marriage. Do you believe me?
15:13 statement here is a classic catch-22, guess trying to join a week 1/world race group is the same as looking for a job irl...which is kinda sad for a game

So personal problems between a couple people on twitter/irl = ffxiv drama. Naah this is some soy ass issues that has nothing to do with the actual game itself.
Innocuous clickbait ass "drama" that just so happens to involve the topic of raiding, but nothing to actually do with it. I feel like you can say "women don't feel welcome in (x) space" to just about anything involving online games. (I have to preface this because some nimrod is going to misinterpret what I'm saying here but), as a girl I 100% get it, but the thing is - you can just like...find another raid group. This MMO doesn't have a small playerbase and it isn't commonly hostile; in fact it's so big nowadays, I find that the people who generalize the entire playerbase tend to be even bigger douchebags.

This kind of crap is why I try to avoid large communities in 14. I can’t stand people who are just slimy for no reason. misogyny, racism, and other derogatory things said are different than an off-color joke or two. Dark humor or saying something sublime for laughs is one thing but some people are just unhinged and clearly have zero respect for others. I came to have fun and 14 is my escape. I do agree with Happy's tweet on this drama, this whole thing isnt a dating scene so interact to people like normal person would do. I'm literally just grinding MGP and doing side stuff while leveling every job to 100 in a very lazy manner(roulettes). I spend time playing and I don't think I would even wanna talk to people too much. I don't socialize unless I want to and when I do it has led to some drama in ff14 lmfao. I was nice to everyone and talked to everyone in my old FC at least once and everyone liked me except the person in charge of the FC after awhile. I did one thing but, I apologized since it was literally just my character sitting next to her partner and then I just left because the FC lead told me who I was allowed to talk to(it wasn't her partner btw just my closest friends in the fc). It was wild and I never really opened up to many since that. The FC kinda imploded a bit after I left it and I am still cool with everyone in that old FC except that FC lead. I just wanna play the game and gpose in peace now because drama is too easy to get involved in with ff14.

idk what's going on with the Sfia drama I just want to say that at one point he said that TBN was a heal and that Souleater was a regen Both out of touch takes are fucking hilarious and it's proof that you don't need to understand the game to world first.
afaik he has been dealing with depression and tried to kill himself a few years ago. looks like he's still alive and kicking though since he retweeted haru's tweet yesterday so that's good.
I really don't understand the virtue signaling that started all of this. Raiding, to me, has always been more about ability than who someone is as a person. I approach it like I do my job. Keep it professional, get the job done, then go home.
"Professionalism" does not mean you can ignore the awful shit your fellow raiders do. As evidenced with this current drama, Sfia is a top raider who has been consistently creeping on women. Now, a lot of women are not going to join his groups because he has a bad reputation now. Now apply that to many other WF groups where its lesser known people who don't do things that are AS bad, but would make some people feel uncomfortable or excluded.
@@verdantmischief7092 Just to be clear, I was adding to a part of the discussion that was brought up in the video. I am not condoning the guy's behavior or the bystander syndrome being discussed.
So cool of you to make videos profiting off the “drama” while completely ignoring that your lead chat mod is just as bad as Sfia, but you’d rather sweep it under the rug. Your comment on twitter that no one should believe woman without proof is disgusting. I hope every woman in your life reads that, just so they can tell you how gross it is.
How is it gross to say don't believe someone else without proof? That's essentially what the legal system is based off of. If you convict without proof then you get a lot of false convictions.
I just follow xenos for his reacts , but this drama is a bit "dumb" , woman shouldn't be treated badly in a any situations (raiding) but what does that has to do with the fact those woman saying he cheated with X or Y aren't they all adults? What does that have to do with the game? If the community in high raiding is so shitty towards woman why don't they make a all woman team shouldn't that make it more toxic free?
It's because a lot of them are full of shit. Remember, these people know he cheats yet don't rat him out. They only got mad at him when he permanently shelved them. Their all fucking crazy, Sfia especially, if you can't keep your legs closed to someone known to cheat, then you have no business acting like a saint. This "drama" is more about side pieces being mad they aren't the main piece anymore. The rest of the stories are "TRUST ME BRO!" In terms of legitimacy. If someone was being truly that despicable, I'd be screenshotting that shit. These people need to grow the fuck up and stop using FF14 as a dating app.

Extremely bad take inc. I have played MMOs since 2006 and ive seen this shit repeating itself over and over. Both men and women are to blame in these cases. Noone is a victim . these people are clinging to online fake and toxic relationships because have got nothing going in their lives. dont believe me? pause and read the messages. how they write paragraphs trying to explain their feelings and try to keep the other engaged into drama. A simple "fuck off" will suffice. Signed, a filthy casual XD
Women are to blame for men harassing them? lmfao 'people are clinging to online fake toxic relationships' where's the clinging? women aren't in these spaces because of men who won't stop harassing them and leave them alone in said spaces - thus, no clinging. darling you're embarrassing yourself with your lack of comprehension skills

he's also not going to change his ways just because he got caught. and (not) suprisingly, girls will still fall for it even knowing his history. funny right?

That's all mmos. Introverts find it easier to socialize on a game than irl
Weebs in general are just super horny and don't know how to be normal about it
It’s a bit more than that though.

I've seen so many examples of it i feel nauseated by some of the things i heard.

Also the fact that the people around them know about this behavior and enable it because "it gets them clears"
the funniest part about this drama is that it would of never existed if he didnt tweet that.
Aww, it's missing the part where he talks about his own drama, I was told he discussed it.
content draught is hitting hard... whenever there is nothing to do ingame, they all start chatting on twitter
It shouldn't but you are literally witnessing how diversity can be avoided not due to merit but due to issues entirely unrelated to skill
yeah, read that part of the tweet Sfi reacted to and I was like "what does it matter if you're gay, lesbian, man, woman whatever you want, the only thing that matters are you skills"
@@AdrimF254 I 100% guarantee you they could oust every creep in the entire game and world firsting would still be dominated by men
@@TechneMakre So why aren't they making their own groups?
So these people who experienced negativity in the real world, partly due to their own social inability, tend to also don't know how to deal with women, and usually take one of two extreme responses:
1. being sexist to women, because the presence of one disrupts their flimsy narrative of elite gamer who doesn't need women, when they actually long for companionship but fail to find one due to glaring personality issues;
2. being creepy with women, because they lack the social graces or are overly sensitive, but with the shield of anonymity and the nature of parasocial online relationships, they can act out on socially unacceptable behaviour with minimal risk of being called out, because of the isolation and delay online.
Literally why would he even tweet this? Is this a psyop?

i used to attend a performing arts high school. the ratio was 3 to 1 girls to boys.
LoL Team Siren XD
Ok but world first competitions are 100% an objective based competition. You can clearly tell which team is better at a meta level without referencing ambiguous socio-cultural factors
@@bc9554 well yeah, i'm just explaining why there's more men than women in esports. its not because men are better its because they have a much much much larger talent pool they're fishing from.
@@siyrean they are better
Mmos 15 years ago would have 0,001% women in it
The most frustrating and annoying parts of this whole debacle, and all the ones before it, and all the ones in the future, are the losers who simply want to use events like assault and abuse as a weapon against other people.
No matter how big you get we appreciate how you mention your audience. So many big streamers lose touch and forget who got them there
Fellow frogs, rejoice!
15:13 statement here is a classic catch-22, guess trying to join a week 1/world race group is the same as looking for a job irl...which is kinda sad for a game
Wasn't Mister Happy in Radiance?
👀 Interesting if true
I believe he was at one point. Can't say if he left due to just getting tired of world prog or got wind of the underbelly of Radiance and decided he wanted nothing to do with it, though. Far as I'm aware, he's always kept his nose clean regardless.
@@ARandomUser5 If he got tired of world progging he wouldn't still be world progging to this day when new content drops.
@@ruily276 Or just wanted to do it with other people, doesn't mean it's nefarious reasons.
Having burned a whole static worth of women, and some of them even start dating each other, is crazy
How did I end up here... I don't even play XIV!
imo this is way past "drama"... Drama is people reacting to a react of a react about a benign uninformed opinion.
They stopped giving 'kardia'c arrest to the sage
So personal problems between a couple people on twitter/irl = ffxiv drama. Naah this is some soy ass issues that has nothing to do with the actual game itself.
I don't know who any of these people are but you know they got the type of ego to assume every XIV player knows them and cares bout this lol
@@Garbagevideoplatform You gotta admit there are red flag dudes in high end ff14 raiding. That obviously isn't everyone but, it's a thing that should be brought up especially with how annoying/disgusting they are. I don't even know any of these people Xeno is talking about before this video though so idk how bad these gooners are.
The more FFXIV creators I watch the more I realize the bad seeds are qute a lot, actually. As "toxic" or "rude" they may seem on the surface, Xeno and Arthars are among the realest dudes in the community. I'll just follow them and their teams for world prog, it seems almost every other group has those troubled individuals. 💀
Paisley Park wasn't enough.
Sfia was pals with Rich Campbell. Show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are.
Well... xeno is also friend with rich... does that mean something ?? 🤔
@@LOVEPUM5093 was you mean
@@Colaschnittchen as far as i know... they are still friend. Xeno is still defending him and they went to universal together not so long ago.
All im saying is the peoples you are friends with dont matter.
@@ColaschnittchenOnce Rich came back and defended himself, Xeno was mostly (or entirely) in his corner. He has a video up about it. Lol
So yes, if you're going after one for being friends with Rich you have to apply that to Xeno too.
Sfia' brain is a smooth as Xeno's bald head xdx
This is why we should all wait for "SEMI" Final Fantasy 19 instead of Final fantasy 14
As someone who has never been able to have a girlfriend, knowing that people cheat when they have one is insane to me
This kind of crap is why I try to avoid large communities in 14. Not a place to hear people being attacked or harassed or berated by nasty people.
I do agree with Happy's tweet on this drama, this whole thing isnt a dating scene so interact to people like normal person would do. May be I just always only play this game with in my own group, doing raid and stuff with mostly people I know in real life and do other stuff aside from gaming that I'm not interest in stuff like that at all. I just want to play games :D
One guy straight up telling me to be an online prostitute thru OF... Back then during ShB as fresh graduate and didnt have a job yet, when i said i didnt have money to resub for few months 😐
idk what's going on with the Sfia drama
I just want to say that at one point he said that TBN was a heal and that Souleater was a regen
Both out of touch takes are fucking hilarious and it's proof that you don't need to understand the game to world first.
"is this some fucking weeb game".
Thats Xeems for ya.
Did something happen with Ninja Max or did he just stop playing ff14? Whats the sad faces for?
afaik he has been dealing with depression and tried to kill himself a few years ago. looks like he's still alive and kicking though since he retweeted haru's tweet yesterday so that's good.
Sniff, sniff... Is that...... *DRAMA* I smell?!!?!?
how does some1 living down under for years get so many girlfriends? are they all online only relationships or what
I really don't understand the virtue signaling that started all of this.
The "new car smell" comment actively made me retch in disgust
never liked Sfia , happy to hear the news, and I pray for those he wronged, it's a good day to be a hater
The ultimate can’t get here any sooner Sludge
Bro lacks some obvious social skills and a complete lack of self-awareness.
Can't you all just... play the game in peace 🤣
talking about the WoW watch parties, im pretty sure thats when i became a longtime viewer. that shit was so much fun
The tweet that predicted this video! I’m screamingggg

Man, that shit got personal.
can't believe my baldicante love us so much... brother love you too
So cool of you to make videos profiting off the “drama” while completely ignoring that your lead chat mod is just as bad as Sfia, but you’d rather sweep it under the rug.
Your comment on twitter that no one should believe woman without proof is disgusting. I hope every woman in your life reads that, just so they can tell you how gross it is.
You can't just blindly believe someone because they're a woman. That's how men get put in jail on false accusations.

We get it, you sued someone. You don’t have to bring it up every video.

Women are to blame for men harassing them? lmfao
'people are clinging to online fake toxic relationships' where's the clinging? women aren't in these spaces because of men who won't stop harassing them and leave them alone in said spaces - thus, no clinging.
darling you're embarrassing yourself with your lack of comprehension skills
I really dont care anymore. Its back to being the drama toxic community. Everything in life is a issue and people want to enjoy themselves and have fun in the game. Looks like I wont going back till things improve with the toxic community its like wow all over again but waaaay worse. If you excuse me Im going to play the game that pdgaf abt. Least is better than ffxiv. See ya dwebs
I’m going to be 100% honest, I’ve met 3 females that are GOOD at this game. Not saying there isn’t a bunch, but ALL the ones I’ve met since 2.0 have been terrible except 3. Who are also all better than me lmao.
Women*, fixed it for you.
Haven't met enough women then
@@verdantmischief7092 like i said, been playing since 2.0 and at a high level. ive been in like 15 diff FC's and met more than enough.
But how many actually want to associate with you? Because using “females” instead of women throws up some red flags.
