I really wish they included a Wade unmasked Deadpool head. I hope a 3RD PARTY company releases one for this 3.0 figure. This video was very thorough and well made. Thank you very much for posting this.
The one thing that stands out for me is the gold. The gold bits and accents throughout the suit make me like it. But the 2.0 I actually prefer overall. Dope figure regardless. Movie was batsh*t crazy
Thank you for the video, also saw your pinned note too. This helps alot for preparing for imminent release figures before they get to worldwide. I'm still subscribed since the Advanced Suit 2.0 unboxing and comparisons. Summary of this figures so far: Elephant in the room--Not liking the fixed straps & while the pleather (possibly rubber like this time even) material is thicker, I liked that they had nylon straps; the body proportions are an improvement undoubtedly; sad articulation in abdomen region took a step back but for the most part still really good; desert eagles look great; another elephant in the room--the swords= when ppl see the movie, not going to spoil, but they will see this as a major downgrade when talking about the material. 1.0 & 2.0 getting diecast metal swords added to the quality of the figure; base not having a solid weighted bottom is unfortunate to me. Final: Love the color and suit design of 3rd movie over the rest, but basically feel there are things to keep from my 1.0 like the swords + scabbard, I almost feel like taking the time to learn how to transfer the nylon strap segments over to new body if possible. Good release for all the accessories you're getting but definitely should've been diecast swords at least if we're not getting Logan diecast claws.

Awesome figure love all the accessories & the baby Deadpool & dog 🐕 & all the upgrades to this figure looks great but that base really let's down this awesome release. That's one of the worst stands I've seen! LoL I going to pick this up but will see if I can't find a better stand! Away review appreciate you showing the difference with the other versions!
Great review! Loved the movie and preordered this literally as the movie ended and I got the email that it was now available! My only gripe is the base that comes with the special edition, seems really cheap! Otherwise great figure!
I think they're going to make another Deadpool figure because we usually had two figures from the last one which was regular Deadpool and Dusty Deadpool and considering that he had his mask off majority of times in this film I think we're going to get another one but this one is going to be battle damaged with blood all over and unmasked head sculpt of Wade Wilson
I just pre-ordered the Special Edition before watching this, purely for the golden guns. After watching your thoroughly impressive review, I am very happy with the vibrant red suit, head sculpt change & new body. The figure looks amazing & the accessories are great. I am, however, extremely disappointed that Hot Toys made decisions to cheapen the figure. I don't appreciate the plastic molded belt buckle & pouches nor do I like the plastic molded katana's. I wanted & expected real leather & metal like the first two Deadpool figures. After all, this is Deadpool 3.0. No doubt these cutbacks were made to accommodate all the accessories but when you cheapen a figure with molded plastic it reduces it's authenticity. NECA Toys 1/4 scale use molded plastic but their figures cost 1/3 of what Hot Toys do. I am also shocked at the base which is pure TRASH. I won't be using it. For a Special Edition Figure & what Hot Toys bases & base dioramas offer these days in quality, this one is garbage. These 3 things aside, it looks the best figure of all 3 Deadpools & I'm a sucker for Golden Guns.
Guess it depends how you look at it.. Being rubber pouches, more durable then the faux leather (pleather) won't have to worry about peeling, also I liked the detail it captures.
I'm not knocking the movie or this figure, but knowing that when toys are made for a movie it's the first information given so they can start making them, no doubt it had something to do with the actors and writers strike but this figure and the Funko's lead me to believe there was a lot more they wanted to do with the Deadpool Corps but couldn't due to time constraints I needing to put out the movie on schedule after the strikes.

Spoiler warning....... I wonder if there is an extended cut that shows more context to this or if this is just some creative freedom Hot Toys had with the characters for this release. I have the headpool popcorn bucket, so by default I want this. But I feel like I'd be OK with the other release as well.
biggest gripe with these fricken hot toys is they need to sell the dang hand pegs and neck joints, mine broke and i went through actual hell trying to find a replacement had to just buy a totally new spidey head😂 like these are so expensive yet wear down easily. the least hot toys can do is sell a dang accessories extras pack for figures that break joints. i mean even Hasbro has that😂😂😂 i love hot toys and definitely wanna pick up deadpool but even the hot toys customer support was awful to me for even asking them if i could BUY another neck joint
In summary, would you recommend this item? Personally, I think it's pretty good, but I still want to see everyone's opinions before making an impulsive purchase.🙇

So it's not the same material as the 2.0? Like, will it peel? I have the 2.0 and it peeled all over the place.
The material is different, like I said in the video, it's tougher and thicker, like rubber suit. I don't think it will start peeling anytime soon lol
