Interesting points. On the former, I left it out as Austria not in NATO and hence unable to act as a spoiler. On the latter, won’t happen as to do so would exclude UK, Norway and Turkey (three big defence spenders and UK with nuclear weapons) and replace them with neutral ones (Austria, Ireland, Malta) which are military minnows. fwiw, much as I hate ads, Claude is IMO the best language AI out there.
If this keeps up with the ads i think i will stop listening. The UA-cam ads that's spam me when i am on the phone is too much already.
The ads have the only facts in the podcast.

27:02 Whether we like it or not, Ukraine probably now has a nuclear arsenal - that’s quite a large stick. Just like Israeli policy, any strategic analysis of the Russian/Ukraine conflict needs to keep that in mind. Trump’s tone changed quite markedly before and after his meeting with Zelensky. Maybe he didn’t know? Maybe he needs better briefing from Moscow?
Don't damage the podcast with these dreadful ads. Offer a voluntary subscription option, I'd pay $5/month to keep this going, and I'm sure others would too.

No ceasefire in Ukraine possible with current Kyiv regime in authority.

I have always believed that the majority of the US electorate would not be so stupid to elect Trump for a second time but today I read that John Key a respected former prime minister of NZ wants Trump to win because he will be much better for the US economy. And thinking about this is the problem because too many people are prepared overlook Trumps immature and idiotic behavior and support him because they believe they will make more money if he becomes president. These people are deplorable because they are not prepared to stand up for justice and support Ukraine . Trump belongs in jail and I look forward to the day when the US justice system can stop procrastinating and get on with the job of prosecuting him
Personally, I think John Key is a more palitable Trump-type con-man. Like Trump he persuaded Kiwis to vote against their best interests.
