- For the first time, I sat down with my boss and mentor Direk Lauren Dyogi. I’ve never had this conversation with him. I’m so grateful for his openness, truthfulness and honesty.
I love the mindset of Direk Lauren. Yung mga masasakit na pangyayari sa buhay natin is God's way to redirect us to a better season..
Look for something positive in each day, even if some days you have to look a little harder.

My Experienced, growing up in big family and my father was the only earner with 9living siblings, we have our paternal grandparents living with us. But growing up our grandparents are Godly and God Fearing parents and we ALWAYS BE IN their bedroom and PRAYING AS FAMILY every single night until they changed Address to Heaven and these were carried out by our parents until each 9siblings were able to graduate with degrees and have a life on our and migrated to different places.
Our father a retired military man/our WarHero, was caught by Japanese war11 . But abled to escaped and survived by eating watermelon 🍉 skin, to live for my mother alone with kids .. it Blessed us to have our father lived to 104, aged 💯 he wrote his autobiography as our youngest brother requested him if he can write ✍🏼 his autobiography and obliged without hesitation.. He lived us A Strong Family and We as family lived by it. With 26 Grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren..
We still meet when we get a chance as growing up we always have family reunions with my fathers side family reunions yearly on New Year’s Eve. We did it here in SANDIEGO and attended about 100 relatives. KAPAMILYA IS VERY IMPORTANT..PRAYING THAT FILIPINOS Will be As Really as Sincere to help one another.. We don’t look around for help but LOOK UP ⬆️ ONLY GOD CAN DIRECT OUR LIVES AND NOT TO FORGET WERE WE CAME FROM.. GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME, IF WE ACKNOWLEDGED HIM AND GIVE ALL THE GLORY DIRECTLY TO HIM💝.We are only an instrument 💟 ! Watching TFC! Blessings To You and family and extended kapamilya..
Grabe ang isang Toni G. Pinandigan nia talga na she’s not doing her job for the money but it was really her passion. Imagine she got pay cut and she also donated her TF sa mga nawalan ng trabaho nung ngclose ang network. Also, her sincerity and humility really comes through. Nd sha nor any from her family ang ngrereveal ng details but cla Direk Lauren and Direk Lamasan. Kahit nung ngendorse sha ky BBM and andaming ng bash sa knyang artista nah tga ABS CBN, she never said anything bad against ABS CBN. This is why I will always admire her. She is really one of the gems of ABS CBN. Iba paren ang isang Toni G mghost. Nd ku ever naremember na nag host sha half-heartedly, always talga above and beyond. SALUDO TALAGA AKO SAYO TONI G!

I dunno why I'm crying its like Gods spirit is in this show. I'm crying and i get a lot of learnings from Direk D. Its a good reminders that we will know who will stand with us when the boat is sinking or who will be there with u when everythings fall down. Thanks Miss Toni G. This is really a good reminders to me to do better in my craft. God bless u always Toni G and Direk D.

Can't help but to comment here, please don't judge them. We can state our constructive opinions and criticisms naman in a nicer way. Hindi natin alam buong kwento sa likod ng desisyon na yun. wag tayo magmarunong, most especially don't teach them how to decide with their own lives.

For me, ABS CBN is the epitome of quality shows in the Philippines. Quality more than anything else. Forever Kapamilya ❤💚💙
Unfortunately.. quality in the Philippines setting only.. don't get me wrong I preferred abs over gma, almost called myself a kapamilya but I felt I don't need that label that is contrary to the tagline of abs ..in the service of the Filipino people.
Sa totoo lang mas ok ung viewing experience ko before all the tags. Problema ko lang sa abs..super bias, if it's against them everyone else are wrong. I'm not a fanatic so I can see it. And yes I still prefer abs talents, they do act better.
I do hope the quality of Philippine entertainment becomes better..at least at par with the rest of our Asian neighbors..we deserve a better quality shows. Story, cinematography, sound and all..till then English subtitles please!

Comparing to other Asian shows like Korean series, Chinese series and even Thai series (just to name few), shows from ABS are a bit far. However I believe they are striving to get better despite of their current challenges. As for your comment of being biased, I may not understand where you are coming from but its your opinion so I respect it. 😊

Babaunin ko lahat ng natutunan ko dito habang buhay 💖✨ I was grade 8 when I tried auditioning for PBB, it's a rash decision actually, so I guess I wasn't really ready. Then I met Direk for like 5 seconds, he looks strict, cold, and scary, but I know it's part of the job. Now that I've watched this, it proves how kind, humble, and excellent Direk is as a person. I wish you all the best Direk and thank you for teaching me valuable lessons in life 💞 I hope I can meet and work with you someday. It might seem impossible but I believe that miracles can happen with Him. ☝️💯 I also would like to commend my inspiration and one of my favorite artists-Ms. Toni G. Thank for your fruitful contents and I love youuu 🤧💓

Direk Dyogi, kung makita mo man po ito. When ABS comes back fully, pls have more kid friendly shows na gaya ng mga kinalakihan namin dati. Bayani, Hiraya Manawari, Sineskwela, epol apol, Math tinik… sana may bagong generation ng kids shows na educational, hindi lang puro teen loveteams.
ABS-CBN FOUNDATION ang nag-produce ng mga sinabi mo. Hindi ABS-CBN Entertainment. Sana nga mag-produce ulit ng mga educational shows ang ABS-CBN.
Meron namn po sila, kaya lang nasa ibang channels po. Like nung before pandemic, nasa isang channel ng tvplus ng abscbn

My heart, after watching this episode with direk lauren and ms. toni, isa lang ang masasabi ko please bring back the ABS hindi lang naman kasi ung mga ilang libong taong nagtatrabaho ung nag suffer even the artist and the heads nagsuffer rin pero despite all of that look at them now, nakakapagproduce ng quality shows for everyone, and hnd nawala ung meaning abs saknila na using the different platforms naibabahagi nila ung tulong para sa ibang tao. I am truly amaze how they cope up with such an heartbreaking news imagine kung satin nga na tagasubaysabay sobrang nasasaktan na what more sila na nagpalago at nagpaunlad ng network and kuddos to direk lauren for staying and standing despite all the hindrances and the stress na naranasan nya and kuddos also to all the artist na pinili parin maging isang kapamilya. Grabe ung direk lauren and toni full of wisdom and makikita mo talaga ung relationship nila together.

This is one of the best Tony Talks vlogs I’ve watched and was really inspirational. It’s so true that what seems like a failure and setback is just God’s way to “redirect” us to where we should be.
Growing up watching ABS-CBN shows and having been a Kapamilya for so long, what happened to them last year still makes me emotional especially when I think of how it has impacted the employees and talents. But I’m sure ABS-CBN will rise again. All the best to everyone and God bless! Prayers for all of you.

This is such a good talk especially we just had the World Mental Health Day! The difficult times are not permanent. One day, we will realize that things happened because we were redirected to the best thing we truly deserve!

I also didn't pass in two of my goal universities, but i passed on the university that i didn't dream or expect to be in and guess what, i am thriving there,and i am happy. I really truly believe in destiny. Kahit gaano mo pa planohin ang buhay mo,kung saan ka talaga meant to be mapunta, doon ka talaga mapupunta kahit umiyak ka pa ng umiyak, because god knows that you will be happy there, in the place where you are suppose to be.

With this interview through Direk Lauren,Dito ko naramdaman ung totoong sakit ng mga nawalan ng trabaho sa ABS,but then klngan kasi n my maayos,so neutrally I feel the point each side.
Sa kagapitan talaga nagkakaalaman. So yung mga di kinaya ang paycut, lumipat. 😃 di rin natin sila masisisi if they chose to transfer because of a higher offer but we can't help but admire those who chose to stay.

I auditioned in PBB 2X, first during the 1st season I made it to the top 50. Then the second one was in the episode of celebrities relatives, I was shortlisted, since I am a solo parent and dependent on my parents I was not allowed because there will be exposure to my background and bitter past. Today, God redirected me to become a Life Coach, my passion to be in television, radio in front of a public audience still happened with the purpose of helping people find their strength to become inspired by their inspiration.
