a lot of people don't abuse this portrait click thing. even if its not mk and just checking if, lets say, the enemy earthshaker has his blink already. or if an enemy carry has a bkb before you and your allies take a fight. i do this all the time when i see an enemy building towards bkb

portrait casting is severely underrated. can also use it to draw creep aggro ridiculously easy or to reliably target specific heroes inside clouds of illusions/zoo

Absolutely! Love using it to draw aggro using units across the map when there's no one in lane/nearby on Timber+Axe for example
