1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chat masala
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
½ tsp mango powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp chili powder
2 pinch heeng
coriander leaves
For Batter:
1 cup gram flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp chat masala
½ tsp chili flakes
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp oil

For Chutney:
