Is the video on the cloud? Like, did you upload it? If yes, then open your account in the browser and download the video from the website.

The free version supports 15 minutes I think, so there is no way to increase this limit. You can split your recording in 10 or 15 minute parts.

I remember another free recorder that did the same thing. It is ridiculous, why bother have us download it in the first place?
