I think slovenia will be a real contender in the olympics. While i am a japan fan i have to say the winninv run of slovenia this year is nothing short of impressive!
Congrats for Slovenia, but there is nothing to do with the energy, these guys are pro level athletes and they face intensive training sessions everyday. So they should have enough strength to compete in two consecutive days. In 2023 VNL season Japan won 10 straight games even Nishida wasn't in the top form.
Nishida is a monster 😍 He hits most of his spikes consistently with a tremendous power, not most guys can do that. Love to see Sekita sets more balls for Nishida than usual, hope their connection will be more better in Olympics. Nishida's jersey is No. 01 for a reason. 😊

Besides his knee issues, he also frequently deals with calf strains and other lower body injuries. Miyaura is also an excellent player, so I hope they rotate them to reduce the burden on Nishida.

It's really good to see him playing with enjoyment but still focused on the match. 🥺 When he was on the benched last year, people keep saying he's not a good player anymore; keep comparing him with other players and said bad things to him which made me sad. I would say ishikawa is the foundation he started playing professionally in SL and also due to age difference he inspired even more younger players as nishida mentioned he looked up to him But it truly is after nishida’s debut that japan started to level things up 🔥
