P3 i always fantasised a home and familial connections.. Not just a single parent. I remember projecting the need into a relative in a parental way only to realise they were a hater all along. They loved I was vulnerable to their comments and used that to bring me down. As expected my parents didn't stand up for me
i’m crying pile 1- omg. thank you honey. It felt like a release to be seen. i’ve never been able to wrap my head around my life & in turn i’ve never been able to articulate it. i have chronic pain & years of trauma and grief in my body…im 22 & i’ve already dealt w breast cancer in my body. “out of nowhere”..now I’m on a path to being able to heal soul fragmentation, & dissociation…everyday my mission is to learn to be present & create a safe space for me .. you are a blessing, seeing us like this. Pile number 3 was accurate both my parents were emotionally unavailable. My boyfriend has been unavailable and it triggered me to feel abandoned. I’m realized that was an old wound and I realized that my mate probably is also unavailable too and I was giving no more to the relationship. I've discovered a few days ago that i have a disorganized attachement. I've been healing this but this recent awarness brought up some insecurities and wounds that need to be heal. Yep. My mother is a triggered mess and it's taken forever to heal all the shit I've taken on that was never mine.
I knew this but it still hurts to hear. To this day it's still hard to put me first. Constant effort.

Pile 3. Wow Lexi even as you're talking about peoples motives I'm like "no that can't be true, how does anybody move like that, it's wrong". My brain is not accepting the truth. I had a breakup with somebody in June and even after my months of grieving and rebirth my brain still holds onto the idea that they can deliver if they wanted to. My soul still loves them. He even said to me when I was with him and tried to encourage him and his POTENTIAL he would say to me "Are you sure you're seeing what's really there?".

Pile 3 - amazing read. You draw a way for me to make the connection with original wound and how it is connected to me today. It’s like a last piece. I got boundaries, I got pouring love into mysel- but not specifically what else. I’ve experienced so many times the feeling of now it’s my turn and watching this person go on to give what I gave them to someone else. They make a break, leaving and sometimes making pretend I never existed in their life. And always there’s a reason why like I want to much or the relationship is different now, usually it’s because they got a husband out of it. In romantic relationships or a romantic relationship there was no reason or excuse it was just full blast lying betrayal backstabbing while I watched them get their hearts shredded by the same people who broke them to begin with.Nope, that was all you get from me. . I’ll not heal you ever again. You’re pretty worthless. ‘Now it’s all for me. In black and white you’re a fking selfish son drunk. The higher self is I see your wound and the little boy, but you took my love like I was there for that. Next time in theory you can pay me. Now go on and live the cold dark life you made for yourself you stupid etc and whatever else, I no longer care to define the what why and therefore of your existence or need to define except to say I want something different. I’m no longer interested in resurrecting your dead heart.
