This was an insightful conversation. That definition of mental toughness was spot on.

This dude rocks. Big fan of his. Wish the Baltimore Ravens would snag him in a few years. We need a new strength & conditioning coach horrifically.

You don't row a canoe, you paddle a canoe with a paddle, not an oar. An oar is fixed to the boat. A paddle is just free in your hands. FYI.
    But great information. Thanks.

Coach Feld! Want the best groin workouts? Coming from a recovered detached adductors on each side. First piece of advice. Go to the Vincera Institute in Philly. Dr meyers. The absolute best groin surgeon and recovery you’ll ever find. He’s done countless surgeries for pro athletes. They do their own rehab there 1 day post op. They don’t mess around lol. I’m lucky to find them lol. But exercise that’s helped me really target the groin muscles without knowing what the muscle ever felt like has been, deep single leg split squats with light weight and sometimes have a band around the leg pulling it out but keep the weight light or glutes and quads kick in too much, cable around an ankle and driving that leg high like coming out of sprinting stance and slow back down (helps with balance and foot strength and the inner groin muscles the slower you go in the decent). Idk what these are called but if you have one leg up on a box against a wall and the ball of your foot on the edge and bend your leg as if you hit the ground and were running and push against it and hold it, you’ll feel it working to stabilize your trunk. The reverse hypers for sure, but toes pointed in and pushing your toes together. Those really hit it. Less glute activation for me at least. And finally, on your left side, right left over your left and left leg straight. Toes to the ceiling and lift your leg high and vice versa. Hard to explain this stuff right. Also, sled pushes, but slow and extremely wide steps and heavy. You’ll feel them working. Almost parallel to the ground when pushing. Hopefully these help. Check out dr. Meyers in Philly though. He’s the God Father lol. Tell him I said Hi. But I doubt he remembers me lol
