I also never have naked toe nails 😂 not even when it is freezing outside. I only do simple nails, just pink or maybe some glittergel. I think it is a real challenge to do Nail art on your toes because of your sitting position 😅

I don’t like naked women toes either but I haven’t found a nail salon that will make them cute or shape the nail right the product in the nail are Hard to the toe nail and make them thin so I been with naked toes for years I just don’t wear open toe shoes no more
