to explain why 3:10 is in here, it was created in a program called scratch. that isn't exactly animated and those parts are programmed to move a certain way, but not by the person who made the art in it. a feature on scratch is the ability to "remix" projects, which means creating a double of a project that somebody else created to add your own touches to it. this person most likely remixed a simple tweening animation and traced over the original artist/programmer's art to make this.

The bubble also formed a type of red tape over the nasal region. So he couldn't smell. When he tried to breathe through his mouth, his teeth and gums dissapear. Likely due to the toxic airwaves inside of the bubble. Also, if you paused at 0:10, you see that they have a breast under the head. This only happens here. Causing another deformity of stretched out skin that formed from body fat. She/He most likely already experienced a similiar flashing that took away their eyebrows and eyelashes. Their pupil is also, only black. There is usually a color around the average humans pupil. This was a sad tale of deformities caused by flashinf creeps.
