Jab Lopez Shukura shukky so here's the run down there's a thing called a box gem it's like your normal un colored gem and to get them you need to break all the boxes on a level now some levels have colored gems to get these you have to break every box and not die on certain levels now in some levels there are gem paths these are those transparent platforms to unlock these you have to get the color gem for that path when you do you can ride that gem and find other boxes then break those boxes and get the box gem I can't explain everything it would be easier if you just look it up.
@@robi4never it is alot , lol 15 seconds per loading screen ( if what you said is correct) you realize thats 1 minute of just loading after 4 screens ? if you play beat like 30 levels , you spend 7 and a half minutes watching a loading screen
This meant to be a walk through yet no commentary and you don't even get gold or platinum on first level time travel. You're supposed to go to the right and hit the invisible boxes that pop up. Also when you jump up the stairs bit you should jump on the 1 second box to get up to the next stair level instead of spinning it. You need atleast gold on all time trials to get the platinum. I got all platinum time trials and at one point held the world record for the fastest time trial on stormy ascent. I spent about two days solid just trying to beat that one level alone. Its the bonus level that was originally removed from the ps1 release as it was too hard.
I've been hearing several different things..... Do you have to complete the entire level without dying to get the colored gems? I've heard some people say you don't, but there's a hint in the loading screen that says "Complete the the entire level without dying to receive a special gem" (I'm assuming they mean colored), which confuses me.
you cant spawn on a checkpoint if you wanna get the colored diamond. but you can die as many times you want before you get a checkpoint, cause then you start the level from the beginning. tested.
I think Coco should be concerned about her laptop computer. I don't think it could handle all the stress of being swung around and smashed by obstacles xD

I wish I had a Ps4....Crash, Uncharted 4, Rachet and Clank and Horizon Zero Dawn are the reasons why...sigh...I'll keep playing Crash on my ps3

DaffyDuckKillah You need to obtain the Green Gem .To get it, you must complete the level"The Lost City" while breaking all boxes and avoiding defeat. Same applies to the levels"Generator Room"(Orange Gem), "Toxic Waste"(Blue Gem), "Slippery Climb"(Red Gem), "The Lab"(Yellow Gem) and "Lights Out" ( Purple Gem, must have Yellow Gem to earn.) If you die or fail to break all the boxes in that level, you must restart said level, otherwise you will not earn the colored Gem. Deaths in Bonuses don't count, however.

how are you playing as coco in jungle rollers??? it didn't do that for me i just went in as crash, there was no option to even choose her. also in 8:14 the platform that goes up in order to get the boxes from above, how do you get the platform to be usable?

Shirrako can you confitm if you fail the bonus sections, does that count as a death and you don't get the colour gem?
nvm, I confirmed you CAN die in the bonus sections and still get the coloured gems. that's a relief.
