  • 💪 My workout split after 7 years of Functional Bodybuilding:
    Monday - Rest Day
    Tuesday - Squat, Single Leg, and Horizontal Push, Triceps
    Wednesday - Hinge, Nordics, Vertical Pull, Biceps
    Thursday - Rest Day
    Friday - Vertical push, Side Delts, Leg Press
    Saturday - Horizontal Pull, Hamstring Curls, Rear Delts + Hard Ruck Conditioning
    Sunday - Arms and Conditioning
    👏 Functional Bodybuilding is the only fitness modality I have found that I can never get tired of. There are always ways to change things up, keep it interesting, and continue reaching my goals.

    I was looking for something new , didn't think of fullbody push and pull.. That seems like fun combined with some aerobic ^^

      Here's my workout split!
      Monday - Rest Day

      yep. I follow PUMP LIFT with an occasional PUMP CONDITION workout for a little bit of high intensity cardio as a finisher.

      In the video I'm saying that I train my full body throughout the week. The caption is more specifically what split I'm following.

      Yeah sweet, cheers. Was more thinking the body split you mention in the vid. Push/pulll/legs/full push/full pull. Different to what you wrote.
