This helps a lot! I never wore a clip in my hair before and all the tips and tricks are very helpful. I didn’t think to use Bobby pins for the stray hairs in the back of my hair that are too short to reach the clip :)

My mom has hair maybe an inch shorter than this, she can’t get her hair into the clip. She can’t stop crying. Does anyone have any ideas for hairstyles for her? Her stylist cut it too short and she’s losing her mind. 😢💔
Sorry to hear your mum doesn't love her hair! You may have to make use of clips and bobby pins to get the hair up! You could try clipping the fringe back with snap clips or putting a wave in it with a curler, for something different. @@liasrkive5876 I think the second claw clip was a bit too large for her length and looks awkward with the placement. I cut my hair short back in 2021 (above shoulder length) and now it's down to my lower back. I've been using claw clips for about almost 2 years now and I found that different sizes are more suitable for holding the length and density of the hair properly. I had to buy a bunch of different sized claw clips ranging from 3 inches up to 6 inches, to hold up my hair as it was growing from short to long Something smaller, or similar to the last one looks good on her imo. She has very short and fine hair, so a small clip with a bit more weight (metal) would compliment her
