Everyone is different as far as their immune systems. You can't get injected with AIDS, you develop AIDS from the HIV virus. If you have sex with someone who has AIDS you get HIV. If you share needles with someone who has AIDS you get HIV. You don't develop AIDS until your T-Cells drop under a specific amount. If Eazy-E was injected with the virus, he could have had a weak immune system in the first place. My theory is that he wasn't injected with the virus. Vlad had some info about how probable it is to contract HIV, and it’s no different than the flu. Both are a virus and depend on the individuals immune system to be compromised enough to bond with that CD4+ cell.
HIV virus does not survive well outside of the body, it needs a host human cell. That’s why we don’t typically walk around thinking of HIV. We go to hospitals, stores, banks, etc., and touch almost everything and aren’t paranoid about contracting HIV. Even with a contaminated needle, time eventually expires.
