This was a game changer!! Mindful eating? Never thought about mindful eating as more than eating sustainably and putting your phone down while having a meal. It’s past midnight so I’m not eating more today but I’m going much more aware into my next meals than ever. Thank you!! ✨🍃

I agree with everything in this video, great information! I love that you mention eating a varied rainbow-colored diet, this is something not enough people are talking about. I also loved how you mentioned being mindful of how full you are, most people eat until they are stuffed and that is so hard on the body! I love your channel, by the way! Thanks for helping to inform people on how to eat healthy! 🙂

    • @sarahthatcher123

The more you eat healthy the more ‘real nutrition’ ( essential aminos etc.) your body actually gets and often will eventually stop craving ‘empty calories’ because it is more satisfied and actually getting what it needs. Also eating healthy also helps to balance hormones, in general, and balanced hormones also is a way to help stop cravings.

Anyway, I just wanted to say that I really liked the way you approach the issue of nourishing ourselves well, especially when mentioning important aspects related to mental health and eating, and also how useless it is to be constantly counting calories, a bad favor that diet culture has done us. Hard to know how to get the crabs in - more than just with vegies and fruit - but not put on weight. Where in the world do people get deep enough vessels to do these foot detox baths, what do they put in them, and how long do they let their feet soak?
