I just purchased your Adventurer kit and it's a quality product but I wish it would include more instructions, particularly more graphic instruction on how to use the different components, like how to make a sling out of the triangular dressing and how to wrap an ankle with the crape bandage. The included leaflet leaves a lot to be desired. Including the more modern combat (Israeli) bandages would also be great, as they seem highly effective and much easier to use (especially on oneself). And alas, this video doesn't really guide one how to choose a first aid kit; you have many kits, some (like the Adventurer, Explorer, Traveller and Camping) are very similar to one another.

Here's my personal suggestions, for the safety of your buyers: - a Mini first-aid course in video form (recommended viewing to all buyers) - mini-videos to using each and every single one of your items - a manual with QR codes that link to the videos - Icons on each of the compartments like a pill for medication, a drop of blood for bleeding, etc; (the same helps in each item's bag) - a guide to choosing the perfect kit. Maybe directly in your website, like clothes stores do for choosing the right fit with a set-by-set questionaire;

I'd add that perhaps an App (and I'm an "old soul" so I'm not usually recommending using apps) that allows you to download the videos you suggested would be best, in the likely case you go to an area without reception. You download a library of essential procedures you can perform with the the components of the kit so you can use them at all times, assuming you have a charge on your phone. And I'll just reiterate how amazing it would be to have access to Israeli combat bandages, especially if you injure yourself.
This does absolutely nothing to help me pick between all of your first aid kits.
