Xanax is super dangerous. I got a friend who's never gotten in any trouble in his life, took a Xanax blacked out, walked into a strangers house, terrified some lady and was charged with burglary. Totally fucked his life up.

Getting off pills ? The trick is to go down by 5% of your current dose for first 2 weeks, than 5% of the adjusted dose,than 5-10% of the adjusted dose for each step. 1-2 weeks per step allows pill halflife to pass.
I've had no issues with clonazepam, percocets, oxycontins,Zoloft,etc using this method . It works .

That's BS. You might behave strangely and get pretty severe amnesia but you won't die.
Yeah it’s definitely not recommended and will ultimately lead to some pretty regretful experiences but you will certainly not die. I’m am in no way condoning it but benzos mixed with alcohol will not lead to death. Opioids and alcohol is much more dangerous.
Untrue. The combo is a terrible idea for a bunch of reasons, but death from it is rare. You'll just black out and act a fool.

I grew up in a crazy neighborhood, people would come over to my house and throw parties cause they all knew my mom. I was snorting Xanax and roxys at 15....I am 31 now and wouldn't touch that shit ever again. Half the people from that neighborhood are dead or in prison.

@@trippsmclovin my buddy is from Florida. His mom worked nights as a bartender and he had free run in the trailer park. Started smoking weed at 10 by the time he was 12 he was tripping acid. Needless to say at 19 caught a burglary charge spent time in prison. That goodness he got out and is a successful family man now. Some neighborhoods are wild.
The crazy thing is it doesn't matter what neighborhoods we grew up in. That shit is out there destroying lives in every city and town in the country. Don't do drugs kids. Pills almost kill more people every year than Garth

Last year I was having panic attacks. My doctor/ friend prescribed me Xanax and warned me how addictive it was. I threw away the prescription he wrote a few days later and took up running and weight lifting instead. All my anxiety is gone. You don’t need drugs to feel good

I should be prescribed to Xanax but like Mark said, everytime I took it I would sleep for a couple days. Makes you emotionless also. A tiny dose helps social things but I've always hated the side effects. Can't be sleeping for 2-3 days as an adult.

My ex wife was bipolar (found out after) and was prescribed Xanax. She took a heavy dosage and one morning slept in and didn’t take her morning ration. She had a grand mal seizure because her body went into withdrawals and she’s had a seizure disorder since. Klonopin is a similar but much safer drug with a longer half life.

This is absolute crap. Alcohol withdrawal kills you the same way that benzo withdrawal does. Rehabs absolutely will take people with benzo addiction.

@@jessekendall8714 you have to go to detox first, alcohol, and opiates they prefer you go to detox 1st. Alcohol and benzoyl can cause death from sudden withdrawal. You won't die from opiate withdrawal, just wish you did.

Dilaudid is NOT pharmaceutical heroin. Dilaudid is hydromorphone. Heroin is a diacetylmorphine. The difference is pretty substantial.

Xanax was alright, but I'm with Bert on pain pills, but for different reasons: they make me nauseous and the stronger the pill the more I vomit. Fuck that!
I knew more than one person that lost their job because they took a xanax and this exact thing happenned to them. Just straight up slept for an entire day or more got a no call no show and had to basically relocate to another city cause they were living paycheck to paycheck

Bert 100% right, benzos can be legit the worst. Initial withdrawal equal or worse than opiates. Plus seems to bring out the evil/asshole in people. Of course is good and necessary sometimes when taken to Dr.s orders. In Australia a magistrate said she found Xanax the leading cause of the majority of reoffending, before access was widely restricted. Bad news when Xanax was big in recreational use. Way too strong!
Yep, there are really only 2 substances that can kill you during withdrawal. Benzos and alcohol.
One time I ate like 7 xanax and woke up pushing a lawn mower in the rain... Only meant to take 1 but I dropped the bag and decided to take all the ones I dropped. Smart right? My tolerance was high so I was only gone for about 12 hours but. Interesting stuff.

I was an idiot as a teenager, i remember so clearly a buddy of mine saying one day, hey i got these out of the trash someone was throwing it away, so us being stupid and inexperienced took one, the little yellow ones not so sure the mg but it wasnt the giant green ones, anyway after an hour our stupid asses said well damn that didnt work lets take 2 more. By the end of the night we took 4-5 a piece, I remember walking home and feeling like im on rubber legs, every part of my body felt liquidy, don’t remember getting home i just remember waking up fully dressed leather jacket, work boots, everything and it was the NEXT morning at 3am. So i slept a whole day into 3am the NEXT day. My mom thought i stayed at a friends for the night, never touched benzos again. I could’ve done anything in that time and not even remember it. Stay the HELL away from xanax.

I remember popping green hulks in high school, I will never touch benzos again for as long as I live. They used to turn me into an emotionless rampaging ass hole. I would have no filter, and say some of the most fucked up shit to people. Some people say honesty is key, but when your brutally honest about every little thing, you’re just an ass hole. I was an addict to opiates for 10 years, and out of all the drugs I have done in my life, benzos are the absolute worst. And I’ve done A LOT of drugs. Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas was my instruction manual for drugs if that tells you anything.
