No doubt. I could go for a hunk of walleye on the shore of a Canadian lake right about now.
The warning in the description is so bang on! Luckily I have some Saskatchewan walleye in the freezer! Fish fry tonight!
Modern cans are not suitable to cook into. There is a coating on the inside that helps preserve the food in this case beans.
That sounds good. Actually just got done eating some venison. Maybe walleye tomorrow night!

There is a way to tell when your oil is hot enough. The tool is a thermometer and the temperature is 350 degrees.
Flick a drop water from dipping your fingers in your oil...you will no when it's hot.
drop a match into the oil as it gets close to desired temp.--when it ignites, the temp. is 350 degrees........
Fresh potatoes would be nice.
