Thanks for your query. GUI mean you can work in graphics mode and configure the device by clicking on options, CLI means you can work on command prompt and configure the device using commands

Dlink ip would be 192.168.0.1 but make sure your computer ip is from same range, select automatic IP address in your pc then go to command prompt then type ipconfig you will see IP address, subnet mask and gateway ip, I gateway ip is your dlink ip.

Atanu Nandi Thanks for watching. The first packet is lost in ethernet network is due to ARP. Before ping ARP Resultion occurs where IP to Mac mapping is done that's why the first packet’s time expires and doesn't get response. Once the ARP process is done then you see the appropriate reply.
