It may be bedroom pop, but it’s more similar to that of 70’s/80’s soul. Isley brothers is kinda similar in a way to this I guess. Try listening to “Footsteps in the dark” by them, it has that similar reverb/chorus guitar effect that makes it dreamy sounding
