hi!
i've noticed there's a weeb npc in the safezone that soemtimes spawns next to a 50 cal machine gun and i wanted to know when he spawns (or what's the condition) since i've noticed he has nominal weapons for sale.

If the info i got is correct the NPC should be Snow and I don't know the exact conditions but I can type what we got:

deadzone is a foolproof way of getting them tho
