It’s amazing how you can convert random lumps of wood and a bit of glue into 3 dimensional works of art. Wishing you a blessed week, gentle weather and restful evenings. Peace brother
Hello the artist. Your wood is beautiful and the lid with the fleuron are well highlighted. Another object of Master. Thank you for this beautiful sharing. Happy Sunday in France. Friendships.
This is no ordinary segmented vase. What sets this apart from so many other pieces out there is that there is actual movement within the grains of the beautiful, individual rengas wood segments. It's almost as if the vase is dancing with its individually intricate patterns that have been pieced together so carefully and tastefully. This vase is STUNNING and a 'masterful' example of your fine woodworking talent and expertise.
Thank you very much sir for your attention to my work..🙏🙏 , yes you are right rengas wood has a unique wood grain, I'm just trying to make something new
Parabéns meu Professor , se é que vc me permite chamar assim , eu aprendo muito com você , descartei os outros vídeos só assisto o seu , você é um excelente profissional
Very nice! Beautiful wood! I think I would have used a bowl steady device to support the vase when turning the end when it got so large. You could see the unsupported end flexing.
@@mayukowoodturning7644 Yes, but I’m sensitive because I recently had a bowl under similar circumstances pull out of plate jaws with rubber feet and supported by a steady rest when I had a catch while turning off a waste block.
I've watched several of your videos. Your workmanship and creativity is well above most , but the gaps in your segments needs to be addressed. GET OR MAKE A WEDGY SLED PLEASE!

Thank you..🙏🙏, I didn't use steady rest because I thought the chuck was still able to support the vase

@@drferry yes it's better if you want to use it
Precioso todo lo que haces.
Muchas gracias señor.. 🙏
How do you get away with turning the bowl before the glue has even dried?
it can be done but the tail stock must be firmly stuck in the bowl
Who did you order your button on the bottom of your work?
I made it at the coin shop
