looking forward to you posting more! 😊😊
YES ELIJAH NEW EPISODE I LOVE THESE IM STARTING OC FLIPPING MY SELF BC OF YOU
Yo, I am another PC build flipper, and I would try a reboot test on the PC (Restart then immediately stress test), and if it has no errors, then I would list it. When you do so, I would maybe mention the errors on the listing, but otherwise, great video!
When buying used psu’s what should I stay away from
Chuckled watching the head peep through the door in the background. 🤣
I saw that too😂😂
Fr 😂
That’s just mom, worried about her baby boy moving out of the house too soon…😊
Yeah, haha
I cane to the comments to see if anyone else saw it😂
Haha the family member at 6:29
Elijah PLEAE don’t stop making these atleast 1 a month please
You inspired me to start building computers!
That's awesome to hear
Greetings from Germany!🫵🏽
Hello there!
Hello Elijah, small computer tech here. The VRAM of most modern GPUs is Error Correcting Code (ECC) RAM and although errors may occur they should be corrected automatically. If the card worked just fine for you then its likely nothing to be concerned about. Although if you wanted to verify further there are Linux based VRAM testers that you could use to further test like the RTX 40 Series VRAM tester by Mr. No Lifer. Whilst OCCT is a decent tool to test VRAM I find the linux ones work best as errors reported by OCCT could be Windows related errors or incorrect error reports.
My name is actually John btw :D
hi. i've been watching your vids since 1.5 year now and you really inspired me to start flipping pc's. i didn't have enough money to build pc's so i started with pc built for 50 bucks! i've been doing this since july and it's been only better from there. week ago i managed to sell 320$ pc for 500$. it was rocking rtx 2060 with ryzen 3600, 16 gb of rgb ram and it was in white fishtank case with white cable ext. I'm really thankfull that i started watching your vids, because that helped me get more money and i always was interested in building pc's. thank you
I'm from poland too were do you buy it used stuff
OLX/allegro lokalnie
Great dude! Congrats! I just started. Hopefully it'll go well for me too. Do you have any tips for newcomers?
@@BorisYonchev sure.
1. buy pc parts for good price (personally i just keep refreshing my local market, till something interesting will show up)
2.focus on buying NVIDIA cards
try to buy only gpus from NVIDIA, because many more people would choose NVIDIA than Intel or AMD gpus
3 RGB
pc with RGB will sell better, just trust me (you can also try to flip white pc's, cause its less ordinary to find a white pc and you could charge more for it too)
have fun and good luck on your journey😄🖐️
I'd 100% bet those vram errors on the first stress test were Windows-related/incorrect error reports, then after the first test Windows did it's thing in the background which fixed it.
@@durbledurb3992 thanks for watching that part and sharing feedback. Thank you
@@ElijahsLab 50 year-old here, my man. I've been thinking about building and flipping PCs for a long time as I enjoy building them. You drove me over the edge, although it's a lot harder to make any money at it in my country. Love the content - more power to you for the hard work you put in.
my name is john, kinda miss the times when you met up with the buyers, but I know it sells much quicker online, it is what it is, still love the flipping series
Nothing sells locally anymore, I list em on Fb and all I get is people wasting my time (I moved)
6:27 peekaboo
You beat me to it
Toasty!
Not exactly sure how vram connections work, but make sure that its not one of those cases where once it heats up from use, everything expands and actually makes proper contact. That'd explain the first run being bad but the rest having no problems. Also, happy new year! This series is very inspiring, keep it up!
recently got into PC gaming for me and my kid, never thought id watch a video about someone building PCs, but here i am, ive seen a few of your videos, very informative, and for that, i sub'd. excuse the run on sentence lol, kudos brotha, GL on your future endeavors
Ill excuse any run on sentence, ill admit I suck with grammar so no worries! Thank you for the support
Very awesome my guy. I'm starting to build and flip gaming PCs as will. I already built like about 5 gaming computers and sold them for a good price. I'm starting on my 6th PC and its going very well. I'm very happy to have a awesome hobby like this thanks to you and some of the other tech youtubers out there. Much love to all of you.
How did you start?
Just started flipping and got my first sale 2 weeks ago after over a month of waiting. YOU WERE not kidding about being patient. It's got me hype and I'm building 3 more now
Do you have windows on it when you sell it?
@ yeah I buy and install windows 10 pro
@ oh okay, i seen on a video a guy who didnt pay for a windows he just downloded it from a laptop on a flash drive then put it on the pc, do you still have to pay for an activation code if you do that or no,
@ you can put windows on any computer. You don’t have to pay for it or a license for someone to have a working usable computer. The license is a nice to have that makes it seem more legit to normies.
@ ah okay, so the download is just for the windows system
was that moms at 6:26ish? lol thats whats up man, your putting that dedication in and taking no shit doing it! You definitely seem to have a future doing just what your doing! Keep up the work, and also remember, great customer serivice is just as important! You got this!
You're trying to use a 120W tdp CPU with a 92mm tower cooler. Of course its running hot. A dual 120mm tower would work, but nothing less. Look at the tdp rating of your cooler. (Typical ones are: 92mm, 65W; 120mm single, 80-90W; 120mm dual, 120-150W)
the advertised tdp of that cooler is 165
@@hbirb the advertised one means nothing
Exactly, xenon’s require a shit ton of cooling. I wouldn’t use them in pc flips either, who knows how long they’ll last
@@smittyholden7213 they will outlive us
nah i build like 10 of pc with the aigo 400 se max temp like 65 with 100 utilization i use the aigo 200 pro 95 w tdp in that too and still more good than 92 degree
that's awesome giving back to your viewers, didn't get the codes but still awesome you even were that generous
ive been watching for a while, ive watched every episode and im surprised you have only 60k subs , your videos are high quality and very enjoyable.
Thanks for the kind words
Finally a vid I waited so long keep making more videos please
bro who was that bombing the video hahahaha! tell moms, sis or girl that you busy clockin dollas hahahaha!
I've flipped 2 pcs now. First one made £100 profit, second one made £87 profit. Hoping to do some better ones soon but inspiration from your videos has helped. Keep it going.
Normally it's quiet after xmas, I might build another one and see what happens.
If you want to flip builds with xeons, don't get the high core count ones. The 6 core chips usually have the highest base and boost clocks and run games much better than 12 cores @ 2.5 ghz. They also have lower TDPs and are easier to cool with a cheap heatsink
What’s the best xeon to use in your experience
I’m looking at the e5 1650 v3
And the v4
@@hbirbavoid 1650, 2667 V3/V4 is muchhh better

what?
Wow, a $100 in Amazon gift cards. That's awesome man, keep up the incredible work.

Happy 2025 Elijah
6:32 😭
I didn't flip a PC but I built one for a relative as a Xmas present. It was a 2070 Super which I got a great local deal on, and a 3700x. Keep on flipping into 2025!
6:07 you can actualy drop off USPS packages at UPS
@Andy_Tibbs my ups location leaves the usps packages in the lobby, I’ve had one of them get lost so I decided it’s better to go to the actual place on the label
The market in the U.S is insane. Here in Australia atleast in my region of Sydney that cookie cutter build of $575 us = $844 AUD and for that builds are easily selling r5 5600 and RTX 3060’s all day every day. Crazy I wish we had that Jawa and lack of competition
Selling a Ryzen 2600 and 1070 pc for that much is criminal
@@richardgodinez8497???
Im running a xeon v3 in an OEM build. You can disable hyperthreading and limit how many cores are being used in the bios. Also, run quad channel ram. Itll be worth it. Definitely a tinkerers build.
On non oem motherboards you can overclocked a bit I believe. Run all your selected cores at max hz.
Might be useful to play around with on thr other builds.
Machinist PR9 don't support quad channel, he will need the RS9 or other mb that supports it
Good for you man you are right at the precipice of success! 😊

For the xeon builds, the best budget cpu option is the e5 2666v3. It's a 10core/20thread with the highest clocks among the xeons and it doesn't run hot. For the motherboard, there's the machinist x99 pr8 which is ddr3 but still has 4 ram slots and nvme. I got the motherboard for around 25$ and the cpu for 10$. I'm sure you can get them cheaper.
2667 V3 has slightly higher clocks but two less cores, and is a bit cheaper. IMO i would go for that.
@@HarjasSinghQS the 2666 has 25% higher L3 cache tho. So it depends on the game which matters more to it.
@@yourbluewaffle They're both cheap enough that I may as well buy some to test.
Will update!
what about compared to 2690 V3 and 2680 V4?
My name is John! Cheers to PC Flipping success in 2024.
just a little tip if you get an asus motherboard make sure tro instalôl armoury crate and change the RGB on it it will look much better you can have many different modes
😊 agree, i also always install the ASUS Virtual Pet, strange nobody ever mentions him 😸
Been wanting to do pc flips since i started watching you in your early days from the start of these flip videos. So i did start this late November right before Christmas and have sold over 10 pcs. I have 3 I'm going to post tomorrow and 4 I'll be building after those. Thanks for showing us its doable. Now i have a nice side hobby/job that i enjoy on my free time.
Thanks John for this amazing content and an inspiration to start my own PC flips
8:28 caught me off guard

add shelves all the way up to the ceiling, like at Costco 😸

Loving the content, been binge watching all the vids since I found the channel ‼️
For benchmarks using games if your selling computers you can install your games to an external drive and then move that around instead of reinstalling every time. Or in the case of steam if you sign into the same account on two pcs on your network and if it's installed on the first and you go to install on the other computer itll pull from the local computer instead of the internet.
Cant wait! Watching now!

Hey, I also had missing screws on my fan bracket, and the holders were broken. I used super glue on each corner to reassemble it, but I guess using zip ties is also a good solution.

I really enjoy ur videos , thanks for making them !
and thank you for watching them
I LOVE YOUR VIDS MAN KEEP UP THE GREAT CONTENT
Hey man, new to the series was curious as to how you make the PC's look so good for the budget, curious as to where you buy the case, fans, and cable extensions.
that raid max looks like a rebranded deepcool
my name is not John but this was entertaining
Nice vid man! Road to 100K 😎
I do have a hypothesis: the card was cold at first, meaning a VRAM pad underneath the chip could've been loose. Once the card actually heated up, it expanded just enough for the chip to contact again.
I wish I could do something like this. I have the PC building experience and knowledge, but live in a really small town with even smaller demand for high end gaming rigs.
Love this series.
Check to see if your local USPS will pick up your packages on their website. It's free and based from my experience your packages are less likely to get lost or stolen because they scan it right on the spot during pick up.
Every step you take inspires others, Love this video! Eagerly awaiting your next insights into life's journey! - "Life is a continuous journey of self-discovery and growth."
Appreciate it! 🙏
Heeeeeeeeeessss backkkkkk
Been waiting so long for this episode 🙂🙂
Just wanted to add for the X99 xeons:
Get the 2667 v3! It has 'only' 8 cores but they're all clocked higher, boosting at 3.6GHZ. You can also have it running all core at 3.6 using a fairly simple turbo boost mod.
At that speeds, it actually beats out the Ryzen 7 1700.
Oh, and it also costs way less than the 2680 v4 and doesn't get as hot.
doesn't the 2667 v3/5960x closer to a ryzen 2700?
Hi my name is John!!
Damn nice of you to give out 100!!!
You’re amazing bro
Did you know that FurMark and 3DMark are made in Finland (as I am too), i just found out it my self :o Nice video again, I definately want to see more of this, and hope you continue after your dowmnpayment goal is reached!
Keep Up the giid work!
Huh, I just sold a Xeon based gaming PC, Z420 with 24gb of RAM and GTX 1060. Congrats on saving some more bud! Happy New Year!
Some post offices just have drop off bins, the one near my house you can just walk in and drop the box in and leave
My name is john as well.
I forgot to mention with the UPS or UPS packages, you can hand it to a driver if you see one.
Most drivers are cool with it. As long as they scan it for you right there, it is just as good as dropping it at the center.
You just wont get a paper receipt.
Just sold a 3060 12gb and 3700x combo for $740. Built it for right under $500. Painted the GPU too it looked real nice
Just like watching the videos, don't need anything bro keep it up and get that house
Hey, great video as always! I was just wondering what you use for lighting?
FINALLY ANOTHER EPISODE YAY
I completed my first pc flip with a ryzen 5 2600 and 2060, cost me £300 to build altogether and sold for 450 in the end so 150 profit for my first ever build! Just finished building a white 3600X 3060 gaming pc and I've caught onto the fishtank trend already lol
damn my recent flip is a R5 5500/RTX3070 , i live in Mauritius, soo the cost was around 1050USD and i flipped it for 1280 USD, it sold pretty fast too which was unexpected for me
I've personally never seen those kind of errors that just clear themselves up. In my opinion you should be good to sell it given the fact that the errors never returned, and that it passed all other tests.
Hey Elijah, got a question, should i sell my Xbox Series S and my laptop for some money to begin flipping pcs ?
If that's what you want to do, go for it! I wish you luck
@ thx man 🫡🫡
Haha that may sound random, but my name is also Elijah 😂😊
I'll watch this later today but i got a question for you. i have a 350 watt psu with an arc a380 and 5
12400f is there any gou i can upgrade to?
WHATS YOUR BUDGET?
not really, you need to upgrade ur psu and then get a better GPU
@@LunchMan-e2f 10 million dollars
@SpookH2o I can't do that myself
U are very much limited by ur PSU. U could probably fit a rtx 4060. I would never recommend that GPU though.
For a good xeon for gaming, I recommend the Xeon E5 2667 V3/4
It is 8 Cores and 16 threads and a base clock of 3.2GHZ which is pretty high for xeons. It performs similar to a ryzen 5 2600 and costs ~$10
I tested it with an RX6600 and it performed very well in Forza Horizon 5, ultra settings at 100+ FPS
Always love ur Vids.
Hi Elijah, first off congratulations on the channel. Youre doing a great job at making engaging and inspiring content! I was wondering, do you mainly use Nvidia GPUs because they sell better than AMD GPUs in the PC flipping market? Would you say price to performance favors one over the other?
@@jeremyjamero199 hey man, to answer your first question. Yes I mainly use Nvidia gpus because they sell better (from my experience but 99% of the time I only use Nvidia)
To answer your 2nd question, Nvidia loses in price to performance so no 😂
@ElijahsLab hey thanks for the feedback and happy New Year! I feel like I knew the answer but just wanted to confirm lol
Good luck 🔥
first time seeing your video, I will definitely be watching your next ones too
Hello Elijah, hope you are doing awesome, need some info where you buy graphic cards ?
ebay
when you are benchmarking pcs do you download the games every time and then wipe and redownload the drivers?
Quick question - if you have a bargain of a deal for the RAM and motherboard, practically brand new, would you sell the parts individually or would you wait and build a PC ?
if you want more money, build a pc
Hello Elijah what’s ur opinion on the prop 65 warning?
