i’m so sorry my reply is so late but congrats!! i’d say definitely be prepared that the weather is a lot worse than i imagine australia is haha so make sure to pack a waterproof jacket (I personally don’t mind the cold and rain but I know a lot of people do!), but almost everyone is very friendly and welcoming so i hope you’ll love it and settle in okay! let me know if you have any other questions though and i’m happy to help!
