This is a ganache cake, work in a cool dry place like an ac room and it remains dry.

i have used the skin color for face, you can mix few drops of orange in white fondant to make it. or use skin color gel.

What size cake tin would I need for this ?
it depends on how many kgs you want to make accordingly the proportion of decoration can be increased or decreased. i have used 8 inch tin and double height.
