Thank Paul! I always appreciate the feedback. We just want to make the most helpful and entertaining reviews to make your gear buying choices easier! And....the location is not too shabby 😂
Absolutely fantastic review! Clear & concise. I bought this board 3 weeks ago. As a new sup user you have no idea how much you helped me out!! Thank you!!
Fantastic review! We had "off-brand" boards in the past and decided to go with what we hope and believe is a quality product. You gave many great pointers, and now we are going to have to look into buying a Kola, and we will remember to bring drinks ;)
Loved this review & got the board! It got so many compliments July 4th when I took it to my local FL spring. Been looking at this since it came out on site but this review sold me! Then I saw it in person @ the REI store and this video made me impress the workers when I knew all the specs like a saleswoman haha 🥳🥳 also my first inflatable SUP but so excited to go out again
Thanks! I’m 5’10 and fit just fine in the back seat (which is where leg room is limited). I would just be sure to inflate it to the higher end of the recommendation to accommodate two adults.
Great question! I’ve been meaning to do a comparison review of the two. That still may happen at some point 😂. To answer in brief, they both have qualities i like and wish they could combine. For two people…the Bote tandem is just more spacious. However, it’s not as rigid so it can bow a little in the middle making it less efficient to paddle (not a deal breaker). I also like their kayak seats a lot better, and the magnepod is sweet! But the bag is bulky and after using it multiple times post review, it can be cumbersome and annoying to carry (still not a dealbreaker). If you’re using it mostly solo, the Isle for sure is what I’d choose. It can still fit two people, just not as comfortably…but it’s really rigid so it can hold the weight well. The rigidity though does make it a little bit more of a pain in but to roll up. Their bag is extremely well designed, and comfortable to carry. Hope that helps!
@@the_axistence_athlete if you were planning to leave them inflated at all times and mostly solo, would you still pick the Isle with the less comfortable seat and less space? Thanks!
Thanks Dan - great review. Loved the way you showed all the configurations, and showed us how it performs. Your place / location is also stunning!

Great video thanks for making it
Our pleasure! Glad you liked it!
Great review!!!! How well do you think two 5’10 people would fit in it?

Thanks for the support!!
Thank you for the review! Been watching several of your videos. How does this board compare to the Isle Switch? Which do you prefer?

@@joes6241you can’t go wrong with either one, but with the situation you presented…I would probably go with the Isle.
