Cirrus Cocktail

A JJ's twist on the Aviation Cocktail...the Cirrus Cocktail. Named after Cirrus Aircraft company in Duluth, Minnesota, this tasty concoction is offered at JJ Astor Restaurant high atop the Radisson Harborview Hotel in Duluth.
Recipe:
1 ½ oz Bloom Jasmin & Rose Gin
½ oz Fratelli Maraschino liqueur
½ oz Tattersall Creme de Fleur liqueur
Juice of half of a lemon
Shake with ice and double strain into a cocktail glass
Garnish with a cherry

@@shacksmokehouse bro you're a bartender and your ice was not only chip ice, but half water and your response is that? Not, "I know, it was a long day of filming and the ice is ice and wouldn't stop melting."
How long have you been bartending, and why do you think that was okay to have in a promotional video about bartending and a good drink?
I could make it better at home and have it cost 4x less AND have it not be half water. Check out some of the bartending channels on youtube, I think your shriveled up boomer brain might learn something and maybe you'll become passionate about a good drink again like I'm sure you were at some point, or else, why waste your life as a bartender? I'm sure years of shitty customers who don't know a good rum from bad rum will probably do that to you, so I forgive you. Make a follow up video and show me you know what you're doing and I'll come get a drink AND tip you 100$ AND apologize. No bullshit.
