PATRICK MASON:
Born and raised in Bavaria, South Germany, Patrick Mason is not only a uniquely diligent, artistic mind but also an influential club kid with infinite energy. At the forefront of Berlin’s art, fashion, dance music and LGBTQ scene, he brings an unmistakable edge to everything he does.
Mason simply lives for the stage. As a vocalist, dancer or DJ, his top priorities are positivity and a close connection with the crowd. He blends influences ranging from Chicago house to jet black, Berlin techno into something truly his own.
Whether DJing under his given name or performing as one half of SRVD, Mason’s presence is totally electrifying. He is merging the darkest corners of clubland with the runway, adding style and dance to the beats and lights..
MEIKE NOLTE:
Meike Nolte joined Beatport in 2016 as a label manager and now heads up the Artist & Community Relations department from the company’s Berlin office. She is the main contact at Beatport for artist managers, bookers, press managers and other external partners, creating and executing creative concepts for content marketing and social media campaigns. While completing a Master’s Thesis, Meike started her career as an intern in the promotion department at the electronic music label WMF Records. Over the next decade, she went on to oversee the promotion and marketing department at seminal techno labels M-nus and Plus 8 (working alongside Richie Hawtin), which led her to the role of Head of International Promotion and Marketing at Ellen Allien’s BPitch Control, running successful campaigns for artists such as Allien, Paul Kalkbrenner, Modeselektor, Moderat and Dillon. In 2012, Meike moved on to the streaming service WiMP/Tidal, becoming responsible for the German office as Country Manager the following year.
