It’s just the normal toolbox. U can activate it in the home or view tab. Then when u have opened the toolbox select models and there u can search for cars and parts etc.

It might be because you used rotate tool instead of going into the a chassis script and changing the camber there, main problem most likely
It's probably because u didnt reset your wheels pivot,if u didnt ur wheels wont turn around the center causing wobble

When ever I try putting rims on it doesn't click on the certain rim it picks on the whole pack
ungroup the wheel model or press alt to highlight a part of the wheel and then press the wheel

Whenever i move my wheels for offset or to make ir lower it stops the camber from working so i cant add offset or lower my cars :/
Make sure u put the wheels in. The parts section and when u add offset, pull out the whole wheel (ex: FL) or else I won’t work
