Me too! Love that he spends time each week watching the game film from both teams previous games (at least), and then coming on to do a weekly breakdown and preview for us. Honestly, that is pretty awesome. It probably helps that he is a big fan of Josh's, lol, ...but I still really appreciate what he does. Can't believe the guy is still such a film hound at his age. I forget, but I couldn't believe it, ...when he once intimated how much time he spends studying film each week. Some very high number. Lol. What a standup guy. Hope he knows how much we appreciate him!

Keys to the game: 1) No turnovers! 2) Defense must be watching for that run and quick to stop it. Defense needs to avoid putting Josh into a desperate situation or he's going to take risks.
This is something I can agree with. I think that (Brady/Josh) understand this game's importance well enough to (mostly) stick with what's been working, with some deviation to keep things from being "too familiar" of course. Should be a great game. I expect playoff-level intensity and atmosphere, and a pretty tough outing up until about halftime, ...when the Bills dominance starts to really kick in and the Bills separate. Final score, Bills 30-23
The one thing Josh has always missed is an OC who just makes things so easy for him. Daboll did some fun stuff, but he still was never really throwing to WIDE open guys who could run afterwards.
Cosell makes a cogent point. The Bills are going to have to choose to press up in the box a little, to dissuade their run game a bit. And when they do this, they are going to expose their secondary to some deep shot opportunities, ...so they have to be careful in balancing. But it is Baltimore, I mean, you kinda want to play the run. It's tough. I'm intrigued at how the Bills approach this game from both an offensive, and defensive perspective. Gonna be a good one, that much I know for certain. (Bills 30-23)
@@solesoulsorrow Sure, it was pretty ugly. Buffalo got out-coached on both sides of the ball by Monken and Orr. Brady didn't seem ready for the man coverage looks, Monken took advantage of Henry and our backup LB crew in, and once they took a lead, that kind of forced the Bills to pass and be one-dimensional, compounding the already bad problems they had, lol. To be fair, the coaches did make adjustments (like getting out of nickel defense, etc) but by the time they did, ....the game was essentially out of hand. If anything it was a much needed lesson, but there were definitely some positives from the game as well. Mercifully, lol
@@solesoulsorrow We are an under-size, over-speed team, and we need to play to our strengths. That means finding a way to succeed against power run teams like the Ravens. You can do it with smaller, faster players, but it requires the right kind of scheming, and we did not have that going. Top it off with both starting LB's and our best nickel corner missing, ....all facing a 6'3 250 lb "apparently track star still" future HOF RB Derrick Henry, and it was the perfect storm, .....you know, ...for the other team. :D
A lot of motion for BUF to identify weak points in ravens secondary. The middle has been wide open so big game for Kincaid and shakir. Maybe Coleman in the slot as well. Fingers crossed.
@BuffaloStampede17 Your observations turned out to be correct. When the Bills were moving the chains they did so in the midfield. We've seen this with Dallas last week. And Coleman played well just like you hinted. This was an excellent call on your part. See you in the playoffs! ~Ravens fan
I always said this is the 1 component josh needed in his game, play smart n take what the defense gives you.....time to shut the nay sayers up.....GO BILLS!!!!!
This game is going to be a chess match. Whichever team can make adjustments on the fly will win. Bills need to stay disciplined as Ravens have been sloppy at times. Great test for this team. Go Bills!

I dont think D. Henry will be an issue. Last time we played him at the Titans in 2022 , we blew them out and shut Henry down. Besides, we beat the Ravens in 2021 and 2022 .
With 4 men rushing, we need the rest of the D to be fully aware, move fast, and jam those lanes as soon as they see a run. If we don't they are going to run through us every play.

if Josh keeps taken the check down and sticks with it , they will be tough to beat
Absolutely. Save the extra stuff for when it absolutely has to happen.
Thats why he threw 0 interceptions so far 😊

Question. Does the bills offense try to copy their opponents offensive style during practice for the Bills defense to practice against ?

It's not the same when he has a QB that can use the option and run like Lamar. It's gonna be a tough test don't sleep on the ravens.

Lamar better slide
Yah cause when you play raven's you just have to protect the run cause Lamar isn't a throwing QB
Bills will keep it rolling this week. Baltimore won't be able to keep pace.
