You can eat chicken stir fry since I have started to get in shape as well I cook it after I work out you get chicken cook it up and then you add in a bit of soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce and after you add that you add broccoli carrots and shrimp(optional) and then you add a bit of corn. And that's it with rice on the side This will give you carbs:rice Protein:chicken and shrimp Veggies: broccoli corn and carrots

A really good simple healthy dinner is baked chicken seasoned however you like (not breaded) and when it's almost done cooking put a slice of tomato on top and cover it with a slice of mozzarella cheese. Super simple and so good!

I recently discovered in the frozen section, mashed cauliflower with sour cream and chives and it was everything. Also spaghetti squash or spiral zucchini is a great alternative to pasta! And turkey and chicken are good high proteins that are low fat.

I wouldn't call it "diet food" but it's definitely a healthy option and I love it! Cook some ground turkey and onions with your personal seasoning, drain it, mix in some light/low fat sour cream and some avocados, or mixings of your choice and eat with some multi grain tortilla chips. So yummy!!
