We talked a few weeks back on your last AI vid, and I have a better handle on my fatigue management now. At my end of block review I set everything to 1, so the app put my max squat/deads on different weeks and pulled back a bit on the intensity. In addition I started manually calculating my backdowns with percentage drops and RPE caps. Overall things are going a lot better now, the injuries that were piling up are mostly healed and my general training quality is a lot better. Took a bit of work, but I'm hopeful now that I can at least set some small PRs in April.
Are you able to do different lifts on different days instead of doing all 3 in one day. My training is Monday squat Tuesday bench Wednesday deadlift Thursday secondary squat, box squats or pin squats Friday secondary bench, board press or press with duffalo bar. Reason why I ask is I see that it has you doing all 3 in one day.
It's going to vary based off your own frequency and what you can handle, how many days a week you're training, what program you're doing, and what block you're in.
For this meet I'm going to just be using power bars since USAPL only allows one bar currently. If it were for a different fed I'd use my squat and deadlift bars as well. I have a lot of power bars that are all great, so will just rotate through, but maybe I can talk about that in a video.
I like your videos about juggernaut and I've even using it for several months myself. I find it to lack quite a lot in the AI department though when it comes to accessory lifts. Say it tells me to do 10x20kg and I do 10x25kg without problems, the app doesn't adapt to my new weights unless I go in and change my 10 rep max. What's your take on that? Would be great to hear about how you handle the weight increases
I mean you can def do that if you want it to be super accurate. I look at it as accessories are nice, but not the meat and potatoes of the meal. Almost all of my accessories are also RPE based (in the powerlifting program), so it's really up to me to judge. If your'e doing powerbuilding and just crushing stuff, maybe just update the max some?
Do you ever just straight up skip accessories? I find that the hamstring/quad accessories don't always have the best options for a hoemgym setup and completely gas me after 3 main lifts. For example I often just skip 'quad accessories' because goblet squats after squats and deads just dont make sense

I think you can just move the days to your leisure for the most part since they’re just defined as day 1, day 2, etc. the only thing that may be tricky is if you’re doing a meet on a specific date
Brandon, i have been a long time follower, but something rubs me the wrong way when i see an affiliate link. Mainly it's the incident when Titan Fitness (if i recall correctly) revoked your discount link and then you blasted them in the Insta Stories with unsafe equipment failing in use. Now, while i do not think you are lying in your public videos, i can't shake the feeling that there might always be more of the truth of your opinions which you do not share publicly unless the company "does you dirty in some way"
I said all those same things during our partnership (which eventually led to the parting). But even while I had an affiliate I made several videos about how bad some of their stuff was (as well as some on stuff I’d recommend). I even made a video about how they stole one of my designs. One of the things I make sure of with any partnership is that I’m able to speak my mind.

I do if I'm running short on time. If I hit that 90 minute mark I'm likely going to skip or shed some sets.

it's not geared towards any. I would have preferred to do a USPA meet but it didn't line up with my schedule.

Brandon I actually notice the opposite of what you say here - if I select losing weight I get MORE hypertrophy blocks than selecting maintain weight
